Yea this is my first story so tell me what you think __________________________________ Chapter: Just an abnormal day. I woke up around 9:45 am. I thought to myself "Today is just going to be an average day. Again." I didn't know how wrong I was I sighed and quickly got dressed in my normal clothes. A Borlderlands t-shirt, blue jeans, a jacket and some black tennis shoes. It was very cold that day in New York City. My friends were waiting for me outside my house. When I walked outside my friends got off the steps and my friend Tony was the first one to greet me. "what's up Aaron?" Yea my name is Aaron Knight but my friends just call me Aaron. My friend Ross was the next one to greet me. "What took you so long Aaron?" I just looked at him and said "Nothing. Today is going to be a normal as usual. Well let's get going." I walked down the steps of the house and I had the strangest feeling I was being watched but when I looked around I didn't see anybody. My friends and I started to walk down the road and I looked down an ally because I thought I saw a shadow of a man in the ally. __________________________________ Hope you enjoyed the first chapter of my story

Chapter 2: Across the Rooftops I look down the ally and I start wondering if I should follow the strange shadow. I quickly decided I might as well follow. I say "guys I gotta go." and before the could say anything else I take off down the ally. I turn around a corner and I caught the shadow again. I yell "HEY WAIT UP!" I see it's a man but I couldn't make out his features partly he had a hood over his face and he ran up the side of the building. Yes he RAN up the side of the building. I decided I did not have time to stand around and think about. I opened a door at the bottom of the building and ran up the flights of stairs in the building. When I got to the top of the building I saw that the guy was waiting for me on top of another building. I thought to myself "Might as well follow him still." I jumped and land on the next rooftop. As soon as I landed on the rooftop the mysterious man started run across more rooftops. I kept following him. As soon as he got to a building that led straight to a river, he turned around and I saw who he was and I just stood there in total shock, unable to even move.

Chapter 3: Escape The man was Alex Mercer. I try to turn and run but my body wouldn't respond. Alex Mercer smiles and says "Hello son. It's been a long time since I've last seen you. You grown since I've last seen you." I managed to say "No your not my father! My father died when I was 2 and YOUR SUPPOSED TO BE DEAD!" Alex Mercer just smiles even more at me. "But you know it's true that I am your father and do I look dead to you?" he said. Somewhere in the back of mind I knew he was right. He was my father! "I'm sorry I have to do this to you." he said. I look at him and said "What do you mean?" Without even answering me he grabbed me and lifted me off the ground. He starts to infect me with his own virus. After he was done infecting, he dropped me off the side of the building. As I fell, I went into a deep sleep. I felt my body hit the sidewalk before I fell fully into the sleep. When I wake up I have no idea how many days I've been asleep. When my vision clears up I see I'm in a cell with a bunch of monsters inside the cell across from mine. A scientist stops by cell and takes down a few notes down on his clip board then moves on. After being stuck in the cell for a few days I figured out I had my father's speed and strength. At one in the morning I used my strength to break out of my cell. An alarm blared and my only option was to run. I ran and ran around different hallways and different doorways until my found the exit. When I got outside I had wished I had just stayed in my cell from what I was seeing to my home city.
