  18. A TERROR member bought her iPod which is not against ToU and, while drunk, thought it would be funny to make the thread. Obviously he/she was mistaken, and the silence is just. It was purchased after her mod power was already taken. And yes it is against ToU to transfer your account to another person, you are only allowed to purchase device.
