This us a story I made up and I want to share it and it'll be crap I know it will be Chapter 1 ~~~~~~~~~ Jake and Gwen's POV Gwen: will the kid be more like his father or more like me? Jake: I can hear you I'm not completely deaf! Gwen: Sorry honey I just wanted to ask Jake: ok. Gwen: well tell me doc Doctor: We won't know till kindergarten Gwen: Ok 5 Months Later Connor James Yellek is born When he is in kindergarten he turns out to be partly deaf like his dad and he had blond hair for some reason (find out on your own) so his parents bought earring aids for him
I'm partly deaf. And if you aren't partially deaf I don't think you have the insight or knowledge of how the life of someone who is partially deaf or deaf function
My brother is partly deaf. It doesn't make a difference to him, though! He is amazing in music, and never has needed to wear an ear piece. Maybe you could make a story that's interesting, but doesn't focus only on being deaf? The main character could bee deaf,
I have a few things to say: 1. Hearing aids 2. It's in no way wrong to be deaf or partly deaf. It makes you unique. The way it sounds is that you think that deafness is wrong, that it should be fixed. Sometimes it can, but hearing aids can't always do the trick. 3. Yes while deafness is hereditary, being partly deaf is usually caused by something being messed with in the temporal lobe or something in your ear is missing. And you can usually tell these things before kindergarten. 4. Yes I am partly deaf before you fools call me out saying I have no place to talk. Left- I hear nothing, right- I wear a hearing aid that brings it up to normal hearing. I will not be reading this story because I not only am slightly offended that in this story deafness comes across as a disability. I do just fine, maybe better, because my deafness makes me try 10x harder And it doesn't get in my way of life. The way it's written in pov is kinda text-like. Thank you and have a nice day -Ash
