Lambylamb, anyone can swear on forums. It's not against the ToU or the ToS. If that were to be the case then everybody on forums would be silenced except for select few.

Just email support like Kandy said and ask them to check for evidence as to why you were silenced, not just the reason.
I reported to ATA. They are aware. They will be checking this thread for the people claiming unfair silences. And they shall deal with it

Swearing isn't against the rules. Indecent language, I suppose, is more along the lines of "Nobody likes you. Kill yourself, your family hates you too." And if that's true then I'd be perm silenced in 3 days after the creation of this account. The mods swear as well, you gonna go tell em to silence each other for a bunch of asterisks?
