  1. I ran the cut pieces of DNA I had extracted in lab last week in a gel by means of electrophoresis. I took an x-ray picture of the gel

  2. Just a way to find the segment of DNA I needed by placing the solution including the DNA into a well and running a current though to allow it to separate based on size
