I need a little help please. There is this guy I've known since middle school, but we haven't really talked much til the end of high school. And even then, we only hung out with other friends like at parties and stuff. Anyways, ever since I left for college, sometime in June, he keeps texting me. And it's not like a regular, "hey, how r u". He'll text me "don't let the snakes eat your bed", or "did any turtles attack u today?" and if I don't text back fast enough, he'll always say "sorry for bothering you". It's getting really annoying, but idk how to tell him to stop without sounding mean. Can anyone help and do you have a similar problem?

I'd be honest. Just tell him the truth and to lay off texting you because you don't wanna talk to him. Don't feel bad either because you have a right to do it.. If you make some excuse you're just going lead him on and he won't stop He's just texting you those weird things to get your attention too
If he's on drugs, Tell him to check if theres any unicorns barfing rainbow-puking mushrooms under his bed.. If there are.. I suggest you stop texting him
