  7.  yes, but Phillip, ironman depends of an indestructible suit that had all the modern-day technology ._. and guns  BatMan has gadgets yes, but nothing close to what ironman has. So thus all of ironmans powers depends all upon a suit 

  10. Goku technically is a superhero because he meets all the qualifications for one. Except it's Japans' form of a superhero, though still a superhero nonetheless
