  1. Hey everyone! This is Hermes.... But I guess you already knew that!
Last night I packed my truck and I am moving to *insert city, state* today!
Now, this is the first time I have made a move that requires 2 days of traveling, so I am a little nervous driving the huge 26 ft moving truck! But, I drove it yesterday a little bit, so I should be fine!

Anyway! My post is more of a question! Most y'all know that I have a cat.
    Her name is Kylie

What advice would you cat owners out that have on moving her with us? Should we stick her in the moving truck with me, my wife, and brother? Or should we keep her in a cage most the time?
She is normally fine with traveling, but that is when she has a back seat to lay on. She doesn't here!

    ANY ADVICE!?!?!?

  2. I don't have any advices here.. But I do love your cat .
May cats dominate the world .

  3. I think she should travel with u instead a cage. Cause cage isn't nice.

  4. Hermes i love your cat. I normaly put mine in a cage but leave the door open. I try to make it comfy inside the cage so my cat could relax. But if my cat doesnt like it and starts to go crazy then i lock the door to the cage so my cat wont get out and go crazy and accidently cause a wreck or hurt somebody.

  5. I'd say travel with you. If the truck is big enough, bring the cage too. Sometimes you gotta let it in.

  6. Let her sit up in the front with you. My family usually uses carier boxes from the vets, to move them places

  7. Don't put her in a cage
My cat rides shotgun... On the dash.

  8. Put her in the cab with you, that's how my ex girlfriends family did it.

Worked out fine. They like the comfort of being out of the cage. 

  9. A couple problems can occur if they ride up front... 1) if they get under the break/gas pedals (more for kittens/ smaller cats) you may have to stomp the pedals and squish the cat.
    2) if they walk across the dash in front your face. It doesn't take much to swipe them out your way

  10. I'd say keep the cat in the cage, since you don't have a back seat. Kylie could easily get hurt and get in the way, in the front seat. And although some cats like cars, if they're cooped in it to long, they go crazy. I have a scar to prove it. -__-

  11. Lololol your cat is like "my master!" how adorable!!

Which ever youre comfortable with! You should have your cat maybe in those little bags thing, idk if they have that for cats, like the one for the small dogs! You can put him on your lap as he is in the bag! Maybe the head poking out?

    Have a safe trip :)

  12. O.O sorry for some reason i had kyle in my head lol Her* and She*

    My mistake.

  13. There wont be enough room in the front for her. Cage.

  14. I would suggest keeping her with you but having the cage as a back up just in case

  15. My cat likes sitting beside me when we drive places... Usually somewhere she can see everything :3 exploring is new to her

And then she has a 20 hour nap after a 5 min drive... Guess she was worn out ._.

  16. \(^_^)/ we made it half way! For the first 2 hours she was restless, but after that she was calm! Thanks for all the suggestions!
