Farming? That's apart of the game so that definitely doesn't count.
Force volleying tuts? That is also apart of the game.

Those are the two arguments that people use when they say they are being bullied.

 

Can you really be bullied on a iDevice game? You do know you can block people.... That kinda stops their bullying attempt if you could bully on a game....
