Webby, ff is meant for both rps and stories. I agree there should be less rps, but they shouldn't be gotten rid of entirely.

I also don't understand just why you're cussing and spluttering incoherent words at Royale, when he's speaking in a proper and decent manner. :|

 

Because royale is an arrogant ****** who thinks that he's better than everyone and thinks that stories require more creativity than rps

 

Also for any of you who are interested my best story is my first one which is called fighting back

 

Some of you have got to be kidding me. I'm obviously not going to say specific because that's just childish, but there are some people that need to fucking calm the fuck down.

And I agree with Royale when he says that stories require more imagination and effort. Stories need continuous additions to the plot line whereas rps are just dialogue and movements. There is really only an underdeveloped plot line. No matter how great the plot line is, you can't develop it much more than what it is.

Secondly, referring to the idea that the stories should move to KAW is fucking ridiculous. Why should WE move when we have been here since the beginning. Yes, our stories won't get pushed down by rps, but NO we WON'T get appreciated more. The only reason our stories wouldn't get pushed down is because it's SO FUCKING DEAD over there.

Why can't we just coexist? I think we can just all be happy if there are just a few rps. But I don't think that's ever going to happen.

 

Goddess thats a very good point but the reason we can't co-exist is because some people royale for example have a superiority complex

 

I beg your pardon I have done nothing wrong I will leave but this is exactly what I'm talking about people don't try asking someone to stop what annoys them first and just tell them to get out I give people fair warning before I do anything like that

Hi thanks goldialocks and what would you rather I called him stuck up, self centered, and also I'm not here to cause trouble. I thought it was a thread where we could state our opinion but I guess I was wrong. Any how I thought of a solution to our problems what we do is half of page one is stories and half is rps. This way everyone can be happy and co-exist as long as we keep our opinion of the other side to ourselves

 

I just read your post and I'm laughing due to the hilarity of it all. Creating petty roleplays doesn't take creativity. Not here, anyway. They lack originality, a plot, and generally, everything roleplayers would want in a decent roleplay. :|

this is called FAN FICTION. You write, not pretend to be a make believe character that lacks developement. Literature is an art, and you're comparing roleplays to THAT?

I don't mind roleplays, but saying that they're just as important as novels makes me shit my pants laughing.

I don't believe they are as important as novels literacy is an important life skill and without it we would probably still tell stories using only pictures

 

And yet you say they use the same amount of creativity, but in actuality roleplays don't mean shit compared to stories. :|

 

I am a writer myself, and I fully disagree goldy. I don't believe roleplays take up too much space because if you can always update your story and send it back to page one. With rps they stay on page one but they only take up one extra space, how hard is it to move to page two to find your story?
