Actually, the Earth is in a ' Ring ' shape. Not circle, not round.. It was also proven by Magellan's study and the trip and he did prove the Earth was in ' Ring ' shape. I read that old thread to my geography teacher from freshman year, as well as my current government teacher. They both said whoever made the article has never been out to sea, watched the discovery channel, the history channel, YouTube videos, or they have never been in an airplane. They also said other things along the lines of the author being somewhat stupid.
