I pulled my ACL..... RIGHT before senior year of basketball and still played like a champ. Yeah, the pain was unbelievable some nights. It's all about how much you want it. All he did was twist it or something. I don't even know if it was his knee. But...I know it wasn't THAT serious.
being a runningback in the SEC with a bad knee is a little different from playing basketball with a bad knee lol
We'll have to agree to disagree. I have Severs' in my right ankle and if I Don't stretch properly I quite literally can't run the same and that's with heel lifts, and ankle brace, and specially designed cleats for ankle support. I don't have knee problems but a kid on my team does and it seems similar
As a runningback, the less hits you take the better. Means you performed better as long as you're not running backwards out of bounds
u need to be 100% healthy (especially legs) to play RB in division 1 football.. if not, u can't move as well, if u can't move as well, Alabama and LSU will destroy your already bad knee, and u will be in a wheelchair the rest of your life.. don't be in a wheelchair for the rest of your life. switch to direct tv... wait.. wrong topic
I agree though. There's a difference between playing with an injury and playing to your potential with an injury. There's also a huge safety issue if they let him out there.
Wisconsin lost Russell Wilson.. that's a big blow to the offense.. and the defense could use a little work
less than 2 sacks per game last year for Wisconsin... and a good rushing attack will gorge them all day... iffy rush D and no pass rush is a bad combo
altho I do think Montee Ball will repeat and win Doak Walker award... btw, on a side note, I played against Montee Ball 4 years ago in high school game... I hav tackled college football's best RB before
Though i tell you, UNC will be probably last in defense as they lost Quinton Coples, and Zach Brown. The offense isnt gonna fare any better losing Ryan Houston, Erik Highsmith and Dwight jones. Luckily sophomore RB Gio Bernard and seasoned QB bryn renner will be back.
