When she was 6, Primroses mother was killed. Not accidentally, actually murdered. She remembered the mans sharp shiny knife as it went into her mothers forehead as she screamed her last words, she fell dead. She had suffered an ugly death and Primrose had promised herself that she would avenge her death. Even if it meant that she would have to kill the murderer, she wouldn't give up.
I decided to update as I had no feedback yet. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~10 years later ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "She was murdered." said Primrose to the police officer who looked serious. Her mothers voice echoed in her head "Darling don't be afraid." Tears filled up in Primroses brown eyes as the police officer told her that there is no way they could find the murderer. Primrose would have to work alone unless she asked Jeff for help. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Thanks for reading. Here's update 2 as I'm going away for a while.. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Jeff was a friend from high school who was really sweet and kind until he left. When he had left, he got into prison for shooting a woman. He had always had an obvious crush on Primrose and everyone had knew about it. He had black hair and guilty eyes. If she wanted to get his help, she would have to be careful. He had kidnapped and murdered lots of people before. He was top wanted in Russia and China. As Primrose picked up the payphone and added a quarter, it rang until a familiar voice whispered "Primrose, help" Primrose nearly fainted when she found out it was... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Suspense Hope you enjoyed
Try making longer updates. You already have some detail, but add some more. What you have now: The cat played with the yarn ball. What you could write: The brown and black tabby cat pounced on the yarn ball. Great job with the suspense though! Keep at it, I think this story has good potential.
