  1. Hmm..

    Hello. Just wondering or curious like it says in the title..

    If I were to make another story-type thread or something relative, who would I be allowed to use?

    Like a permanent person who will always be in every story my crazy imagination that will make or made.

    Whichever makes sense.

    That's all I wanna know.
