Steps to get to start a convo Ok.. I bet everyone here has experienced either randomly following and chatting someone or vise versa (stop denying it.. Unless you've survived this game just lurking forever.. ) This game was meant to link people together and that's the reason for this thread!! 8 things to start with: 1. Never start a convo with "hi, where you from?" for a hundred times please! It sounds like you you're some sort of racist . 2. Start off with something catchy.. Usually goes off good. Unless the one you've spoken to does not speak your language or a complete a-hole who does not wanna talk. Don't forget to ask how they wanna be called then maybe you can ask where they're from next . 3. Avoid talking to people when you just need something from them!! Or at least don't make it too obvious. 4. For dudes.. Stop with the "hey girl wassup? " the first thing that pops up our mind is "perv" 5. For girls.. No, not the "my boyfriend cheated on me/is mean" etc! No it's not entertaining how frustrated you could be . 6. So ok.. Now you've been talking for days.. Don't bore them by asking the same thing over and over!! What are you? A robot? come up with something new! 7. Feel the "time-for-a-brb" moment. Leaving a convo hanging at times is good. Why? Doesn't make you clingy! And makes people to crave for your attention too . If a person doesn't reply.. Just wait. They might've had a potty break or got soda or ate or whatever! Just wait. If theres still no response.. Say hi the next day.. Still no reply? Then leave it be. Don't push it! 8. Remember! 2 people are responsible to keep a convo on going if one doesn't cooperate well.. Then find another to converse with! The rest? Gonna be up to you. Useful in real life too btw .
