A͜ŋgɛʟic Preface part 1 The calm before the storm That day was very calm. The light blue sky was filled with white, rolling clouds and the grass was green in the peak of summer. I was laying in a meadow in a clearing of the woods by my house. The long grass reached up to the middle of my thighs when I was standing. "It doesn't seem like a day like this would be that day," I muttered to myself. I rolled a white feather between my index finger a thumb, observing the sky. It was then when I noticed the birds in the woods had started chirping and whistling in sinc. As if they were singing a song. "It must be beginning," I sat up, looking at the sky closely, looking for some disruption in the clouds. Light made my vision impaired as I squinted up. Judgement day has begun. Preface 2 Judgement Day Soon, I found myself surrounded in white light. "What the hell is this!?" A loud male voice shouting as more people started appearing. "Yeah! Show yourself, you *******!" Another voice, this time female, shouted. "Tell us what's going on!" I noticed that a large amount of the people were carrying guns, knives and other types of weaponry. "What is this?" A booming, dignified voice sounded, "I am the Creater, your God." "We don't follow you anymore!" Other rude, rebelling remarks followed, weapons raised high. "Why not?" "Because you're not real!" "That's sad to hear." "And you can't rule over us!" "I'm sorry, but I simply can not let this continue. What has happened to my precious creations?" All at once, guns were fired, knives were thrown, and all the other types of killing machines were activated. In response, the light disappeared. Leaving us on brown earth. Blood created a thick film on the ground. Many people had fired at their own kind in the commotion. Many were lying on the ground either dead or seriously injured. "What now?" Someone whimpered. "You leave me no choice but to declare war on you," The dignified voice set the path of the world in that one, horrifying sentence.
