NOT CONTINUING.

  1. I will no longer be continuing The Girl With Red Hair. I might Update Once in a while but for the most part I'm not writing it anymore.

  2. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

  3. ... You could've put that on your own thread, just sayin'.

  4. I agree I could've. I was just lazy. Sorry but the thread was way back.

I'll make a deal. If I get 10 people to  I'll continue. After my case of writers block goes away.

  5. You shouldn't write for attention. :/

The one thing that truly bothers me is how some authors do it only for the attention and not for the passion of writing.

And it wouldn't kill you to actually check in the older pages, would it? :L

  6. ... And if you were planning on continuing just for the sake of liked, then why the fucking hell would you post this thread?

    *facepalm*

  7. I just write for fun 

  8. I could write what came to mind when I read this thread, but I think it's best if I simply agree with Chloe (Goldia).

  9. I write cause I have an awfully huge imagination...It needed to get out. 

  10. I don't rlly write for attention. I love writing and I've been called depressed for the story I was writing. /:
I apologize if it seems like I'm seeking attention. I have no desire for that and I just wanted to know how many people actually appreciated my story.

  11. Depressed? Because of a story? You take too much to heart. People who write horror stories aren't psychopaths xP. I wrote a story on child abuse but it doesn't mean I get some kind of sadistic pleasure from it.

  12. I kind of agree with goldialocks. I like your story, but you should keep writing if you want to write and don't if you don't. Even though I barely have any fans, I write, because I love writing and live for writing. That's like bumping your own story, which I also hate.

Fans are nice, they give you confidence to keep writing. But in the end, it's the writer's decision if they should keep writing. "It's not the readers, the length, or even the quality of the book that makes someone a writer. It's that they keep writing no matter what, even if no one reads it." That's a good quote to listen to.

But I still think you should keep writing:)

  13. You shouldn't say stuff to get the reader's attention, because that makes you sound conceited.

  14. Thank Angela. I like that and I agree with you.

And Yea. These five guys ganged up on me so I just wanted to know the truth. I usually write for the fun of it because I dream of being an author and I usually don't care what people say about it. I had just worked so hard on that story and those guys made me think, "Is it actually good and worth these guys bullying me?"

    But I just needed reassurance.

  15. You call this bullying?

My hope for humanity has truly been lost.

Now I really don't care whether you do continue or not.

  16. I think she's talking about the people that called her messed up for writing about violent things

  17. Oh. Ohhh.

    Okay.

But really. It's fine writing violent things. I use writing as an outlet for my uncontrollable emotions. If they can't handle a bit of blood, then they're just immature. Or have a phobia of it.

Either way, you're the boss of your own story. Don't let the haters get you down.

  18.  I'm truly messed up. I have a phobia of blood and can't deal with it. I just watched a violent movie without watching very many parts. But I don't get freaked out if I say things like that… and I feel very violent right now, but it I were someone else then I would be freaked out by that person. Makes no sense.
