  1. As Qin was walking up the hill she started thinking about life. She started thinking about her parents, about her grandparents, about everyone she cared about. It was only for a few seconds, until she finally snapped out of it.

As she was getting closer and closer to Fletch's shed, her tummy started to flip. She suddenly started to feel really ill and nervous.
"Ugh, why do I feel like this?" thought Qin.
Although her heart was basically pulling on her sleeves, her head was telling her to continue on walking.

As she approached Fletch's shed, she took a deep breath and knocked on the door.
    There was no answer.
    She knocked again.
    There was still no answer.
At this point Qin felt more relaxed, knowing that she could go back down to the others and reveal that Fletch wasn't in.
However she decided to have a quick look around the shed, just incase he was there.
Qin looked around, but there was no sign of Fletch whatsoever.
    "Hm, odd" thought Qin.
"He's usually up here hiding away... Or down with us".
As Qin was about to walk down the hill she heard the door handle creak.
Qin turned her head and stared at the door.
    It creaked even louder.
"What the hell.." said Qin out loud.
She walked over to the sheds door once more, this time more cautious.
Her footsteps crunched underneath the snow.
As soon as she stood up against the door, the door handle stopped making the creaking noise, everything fell silent.

    "Hello?" whispered Qin.
She didn't mean to whisper, it was just the fact that she was so high up in the cold weather she could barely talk.
    There was still no answer.
"Is anyone in there?" asked Qin, trying to raise her voice.
    No answer.
She decided to stay silent and just stare at the door handle.
    It seemed to work.
As she was staring at the handle, it started to creak, then, it started to move.
Qin gasped, and took a few steps back.
As soon as she realised she had made a gasping noise she slapped her hand over her mouth. Too scared to move, she just stood there.
She closed her eyes and counted to ten and opened them again. It was her way to calm herself down.
"Okay" breathed Qin, walking back towards the door.
She coughed, and raised her voice.
"Charlie, is that you in there? Because if it is.. I swear to god, you will wish you never met me" she threatened.
There was still no answer. Instead of an answer there was more of a muffled sound.
"Charlie... Are you hurt? Can you speak?" said Qin, sounding a bit more worried.
Qin decided to risk going inside. She was going to turn away and walk straight back down the mountain. But what happens if it was Charlie?
And what would he be doing in the shed?

Qin had a flashback to the news report on the tv, and then kept coming back to reality. She kept on bracing herself, just incase.
She took one last deep breath, and with her hands trembling, she opened Fletch's door. The door nobody was ever allowed in..

Qin let out a little scream, and managed to shove her hands in her mouth so that she wouldn't make any noise.
There, next to the door was a young blonde girl strapped to a chair with tape around her mouth, trying to reach out to the door handle.
    Qin was speechless.
After trembling on the spot, and being absolutely petrified, she managed to control herself and walked towards the girl.
    "H..h..hello?" stuttered Qin.
The girl just looked at her with fearful Bluey green eyes.
Qin slowly knelt down next to the girl and started to peel off the tape.
As she was doing so, she whispered,
    "W..What happened to you?"
The girl just looked at her with tears in her eyes.
"It's ok.. You're ok.. I'm not going to hurt you" said Qin reassuringly, but also terrified.
Although Qin was terrified, she was a bit more confident now that she knew she wasn't alone.
"What's your name sweetie?" she asked gently.
The girl kept silent, looking innocently at Qin.
"Please.. I don't mean any harm. I swear on my life. I just, really need to know your name. I can help you" she said, so reassuringly.
    "Jodie" the young girl whispered.
"I'm called Jodie" she said again.
Qin looked shocked that this girl had spoken.
"Jodie.. What happened? How did you end up like this?" Qin started questioning her.
"You don't understand, you'll never understand.." said Jodie.
"Why? Please calm down and tell me what it is i've got to understand. Maybe we should get you outta here, you can stay at the lodge" said Qin as she helped Jodie to her feet.
    There was a noise.
A noise that is made from the crunching of the snow.
    Jodie clung onto Qin.
"You have to go... You can't be here.." she said petrified.
Qin looked startled and even more worried now.
"W..why?" was all she managed to say.
"He'll get you just like he got me. He'll do the same to all your friends, just like he did to mine. He says the same thing, he does the same thing. Don't. Trust. Him." said Jodie, she was panicking now.
Qin gave Jodie one last hug, trembling so much that you wouldn't really class it as a hug.
"I..i will be back. I'm gonna get you out of here...I promise" whispered Qin.

And with that Qin weakly smiled at Jodie and stumbled her way down the mountain, tears falling down her face..

  11. Qin came rushing down the mountain, her face red. Naomi was the first person to notice her.
'What the..' thought Naomi, as she threw her ski's onto the floor and made her way over to Qin.
Qin ran straight past Naomi, and inside the lodge.
'Uh, I'll be right back guys, I'm.. Just going to the loo' said Naomi, lying through her teeth.
'Alright, See ya' in a bit' the others called over.

Once Naomi walked into the lodge she searched for Qin.
    'Qin?' she said.
There was no answer. Naomi paced around the lodge for a bit and eventually found Qin in their bedroom.
Qin was lying down on her bed, crying.
'Qin.. What's wrong?' asked Naomi worried.
    Qin just carried on crying.
Naomi made her way round to Qin's bed and sat on the end.
'Qin, will you tell me what's wrong?" asked Naomi.
    Still nothing.
    "Please?" she asked again.
"Y..y..you won't b..believe me t...t..though. N..nobody will" stuttered Qin, trying hard not to start crying again.
"Was it that bad? Just tell me please Qin. I do believe you're upset.. I mean, nothing makes you cry.. So it must be bad. Please tell me?" asked Naomi.
"N..no" said Qin again and shoved her head under a pillow.
"Qin!" said Naomi, getting quite frustrated.
"I'm meant to be one of your best friends, and you can't tell me what the hell's wrong? Ugh.." said an angry Naomi.
"You don't u...understand!" said Qin, trying to remain calm.
"You're right! OF COURSE I don't understand, because you're not giving me anything TO understand!" argued Naomi.
"THATS BECAUSE I DON'T WANT YOU TO UNDERSTAND!" yelled Qin.
"Then what the hell Qin?!" yelled Naomi back.
"I'm here, trying my best to help you, to find out what's wrong, and you're telling me it's nothing? Because this doesn't seem like nothing."
"..Just leave me alone" said Qin, quietly.
"Whatever Qin, I'm done." said Naomi.
And with that, she walked out the room.

Hours passed, Naomi had joined the others outside skiing, whilst Qin had stayed in her room. She had managed to calm herself down now, but she couldn't control herself from having a break down every time she thought about what she had just seen. She would constantly pace back and fourth, and give Fletch's lodge a stare from her balcony.

"Hey, does anyone know where Qin is?" asked Nana.
    "No.." said the others clueless.
"Yeah. I do. Last time I checked she was up in our room" replied Naomi.
"Well, she hasn't come back down since. Is she okay?" asked Nana.
"Oh, I dunno. Why don't you ask her yourself? She made it quite clear that she didn't want me there." said Naomi disapprovingly.
"You guys haven't had another argument, have you?" asked Epic curiously.
"Uch, like I said, ask her yourself. I'm done with people like her." said Naomi.
"I'm guessing thats a yes then.." said Epic slowly.

Nana walked into Qin's room to check if she was ok. As the door creaked open Qin quickly jumped.
"Haha, you ok there?" asked Nana.
"Uh, yeah. Just scared me, that's all" said Qin weakly.
"Me? Scaring you? That's a first.." laughed Nana.
Qin laughed with him, but Nana could tell it wasn't her 'real' laugh.
"So, Qin. Naomi seems pretty peeved downstairs. Wanna tells me what's up?" asked Nana, sitting down on the bed.
"You wouldn't believe me if I told you.." said Qin, making her way to sit on the bed.
"Qin, you know you can tell me anything.. And I'll believe you, I always have and I always will.." said Nana reassuringly.
"I know.. And I want to tell you, but I don't want to. I want to tell you, so you can help.. But I don't want to tell you, because, I can't let any of you get dragged into this.." said Qin, her voice going quieter and quieter.
Nana wrapped his hand around Qin's.
"Please, tell me?" he asked, looking at her with big eyes.
    Qin breathed in.
"If I do.. You can't tell the others, not Blizz, not Sophie, not Naomi, not anyone.." Qin said, staring at Nana with glassy eyes.
    "I promise.." he replied.
"I saw something today.. Something horrible, something people never want to witness.. But I did.." said Qin slowly, looking at the floor.
"Tell me more..." said Nana slowly.
"There was a girl.. In his lodge.."she continued.
"In who's lodge Qin?" asked Nana concerned.
"Fletch's. He had her trapped.. She couldn't move. She was all alone. She had probably gone without food and water for a few days... No warmth.." continued Qin.
"Qin, what's going on?.." asked Nana. On the outside he was bring brave, for Qin's sake, but on the inside, he was terrified.
"Fletch is holding someone hostage up in his lodge Nana" she said quickly.
"When I went up to see if he wanted to come skiing, I went in his lodge because I heard a noise, and there was this small, fragile girl, all alone.." said Qin, this time her voice getting shaky.
    Nana was speechless.
"... And, you saw all t..this?" said Nana eventually.
Qin nodded and then burst out crying again.
"It's okay Qin.." said Nana slowly, cuddling Qin in his arms.
There was silence for a bit, the only sound was coming from Qin sobbing.
    "Qin.." Nana said eventually.
Qin didn't say anything, but to Nana, this was Qin's way of saying 'yes'.
".. I want you to keep away from Fletch, don't talk to him unless you have to. Understand?" Nana said, with more confidence.
    Qin nodded.
"Good.." said Nana, and the two of them sat in the bedroom, cuddling, letting Qin cry off what she had previously witnessed.

  12. It is so interesting

  13. Urgh. Tell me Qin!  *fake strangles her* 

     fantastic story jodiiee.

  14. Later that night as everyone was getting ready to go to sleep, Naomi rolled onto her back, facing the ceiling.
Qin's bed was next to Naomi's, a cute, quaint bedside table separating the beds.
Qin also rolled onto her back to face the ceiling.
    Naomi sighed but said nothing.
"Are you gonna tell me what was wrong earlier?" asked Naomi, tiredly.
    "..No." said Qin.
    Naomi just sighed.
"I don't get why you won't tell me.. If it's bad I'm sure we can solve it" said Naomi, trying to reassure Qin that she's still her best friend.
    Qin just stayed silent.
    "Fine.. Goodnight Qin" sighed Naomi.
She rolled over onto her side facing the wall and slowly started drifting off to sleep.
Qin quietly rolled onto her side too, facing the wall. She just couldn't stop thinking about what she had witnessed earlier. A little tear strolled down her cheek. All she wanted was to just leave this place and go home.

Around 2:00am, everyone was fast asleep. The only person that was awake was Nana. He couldn't get over what Qin had told him. In some ways, Nana wanted to see if Qin wasn't just pulling a prank, but he wasn't so sure now. If this was a 'prank', Qin was defiantly a better prankster than Charlie.
"...Naah" Nana thought, as he shook his head.
He slowly got up from his bed, put on his jacket and creeped out of his room, trying his best not to wake up Blizz. If he did, he'd be questioned for ages on where he was going.

Nana made his way down the stairs, slowly hopping from one creaky floorboard to the other. As he got to the end of the bottom, he saw, what looked like a shadow, lurking outside.
"Holy shh.." yelled Nana, his eyes practically popping out of his head. He literally threw himself behind the receptionists desk, hoping that whatever was out there, wouldn't see him. He froze for a few seconds just incase he was seen. There was nothing.
Nana peeped around the edge of the corner of the reception area, and tried to get another good glance at the shadow behind the curtain.
Nana wasn't entirely sure that he had seen a shadow, but he was cautious, and that fact that it was 2:00am in the morning, and he was in the pitch black, didn't help.
As Nana was staring at the curtains, he saw the shadow move again.
"Crap.." muttered Nana under his breath.
Nana sat back behind the reception area again and realized that the receptionist actually hadn't been back in ages.
As Nana was looking around where he was sat for something to protect himself with, he noticed the receptionists picture frame on the floor, the glass smashed.
He picked up one of the smashed up pieces of glass and threw it so that it hit the front door of the lodge.
Unfortunately for Nana, because the lodge was made out of glass too, the glass that he threw, smashed the front door of the lodge.
"CRAP!" yelled Nana under his breath.
He froze and looked at where the shadow was. At this point the shadow had obviously heard the smash and Nana could see the shadows head staring at the front door. After a few seconds the shadow ran off into the night.

Nana could tell whoever was outside was gone because their shadow wasn't there anymore. He got up and tip-toed over to the door. He looked at the damage and slapped his hand to his face.
"Uhhhhhhhh, what have I donnnnneeee" he groaned. The smashed glass led outside into the snow.
Nana got on his hands and knees and started to pick up all of the shattered pieces. As he was picking up the final pieces, he noticed that one of the pieces of glass wouldn't move. It was like it was wedged into something, but he didn't know what. Nana kept yanking at the piece of glass, but still no movement.
As Nana gave one last pull, he finally got the piece of glass.. He also revealed a finger.
    "What.. the f.." mumbled Nana.
He brushed the snow more, only to reveal a hand.
Nana couldn't believe what he was seeing. He continued brushing everything off until he found the frozen body of the receptionist.
"Sh*t.." was all he could say.
Nana managed to stand up. All he could was stare at the body with a piece of glass in his hand.

"...Nana?" came a small, quiet voice.
Nana looked over to see where the voice was coming from. He looked like a huge mess.
As he looked up, standing at the end of the stairway was Morgan.
"..Morgan?" he looked at her confused and terrified.
"What have you done?..." she replied. She could hardly say anything.
"This isn't what it looks like.." said Nana frantically.
"I came down and I saw..."
    "Shut up." snapped Morgan.
Nana looked at her as if to say 'please believe me'.
At this point Morgan had tears in her eyes and was trembling.
"Morgan, it's okay, come here" said Nana as he started to approach her.
    "DON'T!" she yelled.
    "You stay away from me.."
    "Morgan?" said Nana upset.
"You f*cking psycho.." she mumbled at him

And with that, Morgan ran upstairs, leaving Nana alone.
