  2. Chapter 4-

Impossible. If she was hurt then she wouldn't have left. I saw her wound with my own eyes. So how strong is she? I decided to put that thought aside and get ready for school. I was running down the stairs and tripped on the last step.

"Isaac! Slow down!" My mum says. I stand up and walk over to the 3 stack pancakes my mum made.

"When do you not make over the top breakfast?" I mutter.

"Put a sock on it, son. So I went to your room last night." My mum tells me as she makes my hot cocoa.

"You did." I say casually, but on the inside I'm panicking. Did she Celia? Was she the one that made her leave?

"Yeah. I was wondering why you were sleeping on the floor. Is this like how teenagers sleep these days?" She says.

"Oh. It's nothing. I gotta go mum." I kissed her cheek and left. I didn't drink hot cocoa today.

I decided to ride my bike today. As I was peddling speedily, I remember what Celia said about the wind being refreshing. She was right about that. There was a tiny bit of me hoping for Celia to show up, but there was another saying to give up.

I reached my school and headed for my lockers. Lately, the only thing on my mind has been Celia. Ever since the start of school. What I didn't mention was she was a transfer student from San Diego.

I grab my Pre Cal books and headed for that class. As I was walking pass some cheerleaders, there clique leader started coming on me...again. Her name was Jessica Lon. In middle school, I confessed to her, but she turned me down and now look who's coming on to strong.

"Is it because of that Fang. She's not even prettier than me! Why are you chasing after someone who won't chase after you?!" She exclaims.

"You know, I should've thought of that when I was chasing you. And then I woke up and saw it was a waste of time." I say coldly. She backs up, awestruck and frozen. I pass her swiftly and sit in the class I'm mandatorily suppose to be in.

The teacher, Mr. Zechlin, was doing roll call. I was looking out the window and notice something peculiar. Celia was standing out on the gates. I stood up immediately.

"Mr. Isaac. Watson. Is there anything interesting out the window." He says slowly, but menacingly. I turn back to face my teacher.

"Present, sir!" I raise my hand. You could hear some chuckles and snickers. He glares at me and motions me to sit down. I obey and he continues roll call. The only thing we were doing was reviewing for our upcoming PSats.

I immediately rush out of class with a few other kids and I look out the hallway windows to see where Celia was. Gone. What is with her?

"Isaac!" A voice booms. I turn to see one of my best bud, Jake. I wave at him and he waves back.

    "Hey Jake." I say plainly.

"What's happening with you lately? I rarely see you!" He says. That's expected. Since Celia had been occupying my mind for a while now, I've spent less time with my friends and more in a girl who doesn't even know me that much.

"Nothing much. I guess I've just been distracted." I sigh. He pats my back.

    "Distracted by what?" He asks.

    "Celia Fang." I admitted.

"Oh yeah! I heard what happened. I can't believe that it happened to someone beautiful and young! The world is so unfair, huh?" He says.

"Huh?" I look up at him.

"Well I've gotta go." He says and he's gone. I ignore the fact that there's more than what he said.

    RING RING RING

I've decided to go visit Celia's house. I saw the man who abused Celia.

"Excuse me. Have you seen Celia?" I say. He eyes me and spits on the floor.

"No, sir I haven't. What is your business with me niece?" The man says.

"Oh nothing." I say and peddle off. I reached my house and she surprised me.

"I was waiting for you." She says and smiles. I stand in front of her.

    "Yeah?" I ask.

"Yes. I have to tell you something." She says.

    "Well lets go insi-"

    "I can't meet you anymore."

    "What.."

"I'm sorry." And just like that, the love of my life left.

  4. Chapter 5-

It's been 3 days since I've last communicated with Celia. In those past 3 days, I've been through hell. I don't know how or why, but no one has heard from her either. The thing that has been bothering my mind is what Jake said.

"Hey Isaac!" A voice yells. I feel like I'm hallucinating because I heard her voice. I turn around and see her with a big smile on her face. She was behind a door and telling me to come in.

"I thought we were not suppose to meet ever again." I said sadly.

"I know. I just wanted to say somethi-"

"You wanna say something?! After leaving me out for 3 days?! I-"

"AT LEAST IT WASN'T 3 MONTHS!!" She yells. And then she breaks down crying. I don't know what to say.

"I'm...I'm sorry." I say. She just pushed me out and I decided to leave. I spot Jake and hesitate to go near him, but decide to anyways.

"Jake! I need to talk to you!" I yell. He notices me and excuses himself from his friends.

"Yo man. Need anything?" He says and does our little hand shake.

"Yeah. Remember what you said 3 days ago about the world being so unfair. What did you mean by that?" I ask.

He looks at me and shakes his head.

"I'm not the right person to tell you that." Says Jake.

    "Then who?"

"Which family member lives with her?"

    "Her uncle."

"Ask him." Says he and he was gone like the wind. Since class was over for the day, I decided to go visit her uncle, but just before that, I decided to visit the park, where we first talked.

I reached the park and notice something different. The atmosphere, the aura, and the weather didn't mix well together. Something was missing and I knew exactly that thing was or that person. Celia.

I walk over to the slide where she laid on top of me for the first time. I decide to lay down on the same spot again.

"You must really enjoy laying down here." Celia.

    "I miss you." I say.

"I know you do, but you have to let go of me now, Isaac. I can't be around here forever." She says softly.

"But you can! With me. Please. Don't go." I begged. She lays on top of me and kisses me. As I felt her warm kiss, I feel tears on my cheek. I grab her head to keep this kiss for long. I wanted to treasure this moment in my heart forever. As I realize what was happening, I start crying too.

"It's too late." She says. She stands up and runs off. I lay there processing my feelings and then stood up immediately to find she was gone. I suck up my tears and walked for about 4 blocks and found her uncle sitting on the bus bench.

"It's you again." Says her uncle. I eye him with pure disgust.

"Yes it's me. I just wanted to know what happened to your niece. She left." I say. He stares at me for a while and then sighs.

"Have you heard the accident about the teenager severely injured?" He asks.

"Yeah, I do. I heard it from Celia. I was the one who fixed up her wounds. Like 2-3 hours before. Why?" I say.

"What do you mean you fixed up her wounds?" He says.

"She came to my front door all wounded so I fixed it up."

"Son, when she got hurt, she was sent straight to the hospital." Her uncle said.

"That's impossible. I saw it with my own two eyes! She was bleeding and I had to help her." I say with a hint of anger.

"30 minutes after she was sent to the hospital, she died. Son, Celia is dead."
