My tutor policy

  1. The solution is very simple:

Keep your tutors sky high to keep.

If your tutors are hired away, they are underpriced as there is still demand for them at their price.

Why make an issue so complicated and categorise values of tutors that required asking? 5B to you may be little but to another it's a lot. Who is to judge at what price should one ask due to respect?

At the low-end, there's lots of players demanding to ask for tutors worth less than 1M. These players demand less respect because tutor values are low?

If you find a LCBC worth 10B, are you going to ask the pupil for hire?

What if the pupil of the 10B LCBC replies to you no?

What if the pupil of the 10B LCBC ignores you?

What if the 10B LCBC get hired / vollied by others while you wait?

What if the 10B LCBC get vollied by pupil and his friend right after you ask?

I know my examples are extremes, but these're the problems many players face when they show respect and manners.

And even if your overpriced tutors are hired away, let the hirer get stuck with them. Be grateful that you earn some cash from the hires.

  2. I don't think they are extremes, I find they are the norm.

  3. Agree screw manners Free tutor market

  4. Adding on about tutors not informed about been hired.

If the player does not want to be hired by others, make sure your current pupil overprices you.

And do not upgrade. You might become underpriced and get hired by pupils you might not like.

Inform your pupil to volley you before you upgrade.

Take control of your own pupil.

Take control of your own tutors. You are responsible for your own tutors. Blame own self for not overpricing enough and not blame others for hiring.

Hire back if one wants to keep. Else let the hirer gets stuck with the overpriced tutors.

  5. Yea and the term "force volley" is a joke. Nobody is forcing u to hire the tutor back.

  6. If the pupil wants others to volley with him, thats his choice. Well, you are put money but thats just another person who made money.

I would rather my friends make profit off of bumping tutors than any tutor traders.

And if ignored , go somewhere else. Tough luck .-.

  7. Dan, based on your reasoning, the more people will not ask.

It's one's responsibility to check ones tutors are not underpriced and not others to check for you.

  8. I meant for gonzo

  9. I actually make sure they are super over priced 

    Most of the time 

  10. Why  Gonzo you make money when they hire your tutors why keep op tutors your making the game harder then it needs to be

  11. If you keep your tutors overpriced, that's not much of a problems.

Problems are created by players who want to hog on to underpriced tutors or volleys, thus they demand respect / manners.

And to look at the picture from the other side, these players wanted others to ask because

    1. They don't want to keep overpriced tutors.
    2. They don't want to lose volley opportunities.

These players demand respect because they want to benefit themselves. Same reason you mentioned why traders are looking for bumps.

  12. Nick, please use commas and seperare your sentences.

  13. I'm sorry sire is thy sad, would thus like tea and crumpets.

  14. I demand respect because in other people's cases it does not happen.

  15. I cannot understand you, thats why I ask you to seperate questions, and to use commas.

  16. Gozo why would u keep op tutors. 1 you can't make money because people would not bother hiring them. 2 Your paying more for the same stat tutor when their op. Just my reasoning you don't have to agree

  17. I overprice my tutors because they want me as their pupil, not some jerk they do not know and who does not care about their tutors.

And well, I make plenty and enough money each day, I would hate selling my tutors because they all actually ask me to hire them.

I actually have a list of people who want me to hire them ._. So why keep them at low price for others to hire?

If it is up to me, I keep my tutors 40-60 bil Overpriced.

To me, tutor trading would be too slow for me to make money, having to wait for another person to hire.

  18. That's why you hire actives with good fight stats. Gray made a guide about it. If you do it correctly you usually get a hire Back in no more than 12 hours.

  19. I only hire inactives to drop volley with tutors.

Actives... I only hire them if they want me to ._.
