It is usually and commonly thought to be stupid, it drives people away from the purpose of the game, where by playing the game itself you are role playing, you play as a character with the name you choose, and you perform actions by talking in campus, pm, club, tutor, wall chats and the other actions such as battling and hiring.
Which is why I see it as being stupid to ask for role play in a game where you can already be doing it.

RP stands for a club called
RP - RECREATE PIMD. Best Club ever

 

It means role play which is like a play that you make up, like you have a character and you make up what happens as you go. I speak from experience.
