    ~~~~~~~~Tina's POV~~~~~~~~
    The next day, I dashed into homeroom only to find Ashley's desk empty. "Where's Ashley?" I asked the girl sitting next to me. She just shrugged.
    Sighing, I scanned the room for Chris. Spotting him, I went over to talk to him. Just as I opened my mouth to talk, Jordyn slid into the seat next to him.
    "Um, Jordyn? That's Andrew's seat. Which means you should get out." He added meaningfully.
    She giggled. "Oh, of course I should. But I just wanted to say, you look amazing today. I'll totally be rooting for you!"
    I felt my blood boil. How dare she flirt with Chris? He can't like her! He can't!
    But in my heart, I knew he could. She was pretty, smart, and popular, whereas I was ugly, dumb, and completely unpopular. I was turning around with a defeated sigh, when I heard Chris say, "I'm sorry Jordyn, but I don't like you in that way. Please leave."
    Almost jumping for joy, I turned around with a huge grin. He doesn't like Jordyn! He doesn't!
    ~~~~~~~~Jordyn's POV~~~~~~~
    I have a plan. A plan for vengeance. Soon, I will be the most popular girl in school, and will torment Tina until the day she dies. Because like Alexis, I have a score to settle with Tina. But unlike Alexis, this is much more important than a simple little boyfriend.
    Flashback
    It was sixth grade. The year I upgraded to middle school. It was the start of a new year and everyone was trying to make new friends.
    I walked up to a girl who was doodling in her notebook. "Hey, I'm Jordyn." I introduced myself.
    She looked up. "I'm Christina Layafette. But you can call me Tina."
    The next few weeks, we became pretty good friends. And then The Incident happened.
    I was walking to school with Tina when she glanced at me oddly. "Your last name is Silvett." She mentioned. "That's like the fashion designer."
    I looked down, not willing to meet her gaze. "Yes…" I said slowly.
    "And you look like Georgio. So you must be related to him." She deduced. "Are you, by any chance, his daughter?"
    "No!" I answered. A little too quickly.
    "Are you sure?" She looked at me skeptically.
    "Alright, alright. Fine. I, Jordyn, am the daughter of Georgio Silvett, the greatest fashion designer of the world." I proclaimed. "Oh, but you can't tell anyone ."
    "I won't." Tina promised.
    After school, as I was leaving, I
    was surrounded by a swarm of reporters.
    "Jordyn! Jordyn!" They shouted, trying to ask me different questions all at once.
    "How does it feel to be the daughter of Georgio Silvett?"
    "Do you think you'll be following in his footsteps as a designer?"
    "Does your father have a new fashion line coming out?"
    "Do you have any siblings?"
    "How do you feel about your father's designs?"
    And so it went. On and on and on. Letting out a squeak of dismay, I pushed past the reporters and sprinted home.
    When I got to my house, I was confronted by a pair of very angry parents.
    "Jordyn, you know you can't tell anyone about this! We have to leave Maine, where we've been safe and undetected for a long time. You can't just go around telling people! Now we can't trust you with things like this. We have to homeschool you when we move, and not let you make any friends. Do you really want that?" My mom scolded.
    "B-but it's not my fault! She figured it out herself!"
    "Don't lie," my dad snapped, turning the TV on.
    "-Georgio Silvett's daughter." The reporter continued. "This was proved by a reporter who was on his way to a wedding in Maine. He overheard Jordyn Silvett talking with her friend. He got a video of the two girls talking."
    "I, Jordyn, am the daughter of Georgio Silvett, the greatest fashion designer of the world." I heard myself announce.
    "Jordyn refuses to talk to the reporters, but eventually she will." The reporter finished. "Now we will go to Harry, who will talk about recent crimes in-"
    My mom turned off the TV, leaving me staring at a blank screen.
    "You can't brag to your friends about this just to impress them." My dad said sternly.
    "I told her not to tell! I didn't know there was a reporter! She figured it out herself! Please, give me one more chance," I begged. "I promise I won't tell anyone!"
    "Fine." My mom relented. "You get one more chance. But if you mess this one up, you'll be home schooled."
    End of flashback
    I swore I would get revenge on Tina. If it weren't for her, my parents would trust me with really important stuff. Now they talk late at night behind their locked door, never letting me in on the secret.
    When I moved here to New York, I thought Tina was gone from my life. But she moved here the next year.
    I see it as a blessing in disguise. Now I can finally get the revenge I wanted. The best part is that she doesn't recognize me.
    First, I tried with Chris. But that didn't work. Now I'll try the other way. Luke. He's much hotter, too.
    ~~~~~~~~Tina's POV~~~~~~~~
    At lunch, I scanned the room for Ashley. Where was she?
    Finally, I had to conclude she was sick.
    "Hey," Chris said, sitting next to me. "Have you heard? Luke's mom died yesterday and his dad is already dead. He doesn't have any parents now."
    "Are you serious?" I asked. "That's…wow."
    "Yeah, I know. It's pretty surprising. But they weren't even his real parents. He's adopted."
    "You seem to know an awful lot about this," I smirked. "I guess you're friends now?"
    "Haha, yeah," Chris laughed. "That whole fight over you doesn't really matter now that I won."
    Chuckling along with him, I put my hand in my pocket and felt a scrap of paper. Pulling it out, I realized it was a photo, not a piece of paper. I had pulled it out face down, and there was writing on the back. Jason.
    I eagerly flipped it over. It was Jason at one year old, looking at the camera in shock, like he had never seen one before.
    His face looked familiar. Was it because I haven't looked at a picture of him since I moved here? No, there was something else.
    As I studied the curves and lines of his face, I faintly heard Chris asking me something. But I ignored him, looking at the picture more closely. Then it hit me. I knew who that was.
    Luke was my long lost brother.
