Stella's POV: I felt myself falling down, down, down. I was in a strange place, in a strange world. Yet it somehow seemed familiar. The people seemed familiar. I looked at them for a closer look. "Mom? Dad?" I gasped. But they did not see me. They did not hear me. I looked at them. They looked older, aged worn down. And they were each carrying a stone, that seemed to weigh them down with every step they took. My eye went over their hands. I noticed a strange yet familiar mark on them. It was the same one Eli had on his. I was able to get a closer look at it as they did not seem to notice. It was a snake coiled as though ready to spring. In its mouth was a crown. Around the snake were the words "Die For The Good. Live For The Evil." I passed each and every person. Each and every person had the mark on them. Some had it on there hands, others on feet, more on arms, and legs. I passed a person. I doubled back and looked at her. She seemed somehow more human than the rest. And she wasn't working either, all the others were. She suddenly turned and gasped. I thought that there was something behind me or something. But no... She was staring straight at me. "What are you doing here?" she gasped "You have to get out. Now!" -------------------- I'm really sorry that I haven't updated lately. With exams and everything I couldn't find the time. I'll update some more later hopefully....
Extra Note: She's in a dream with a little reality mixed in. For example the tattoo actually looks like that. But her parents aren't actually there carrying stones. The only person who is real is the girl at the end. In her actual life she is in a coma. Sorry for the shortness. And again sorry that I've made you go so long without an update. -/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/
Eli's POV: I stared at her face. She looked the same as when she fell. Mouth slightly open, eyes wide open, with her left leg in an unnatural position. I had rushed her to the hospital with my mom just after I got home. She was in a bad shape. According to the doctor she was unconscious, had a broken leg, and a broken rib. I thought about the fall and wondered how she had sustained so much injury. She had been out for 2 days. 3 days of being here and she had already gotten of our luck. Our rotten luck.
