Chapter nine, A Horrible Christmas Present. I started to cry again, and Nurse Rosalie was rubbing her temples. "Mr.Bell, we can try and save her, but the surgery will be around christmas. We have multiple patients in already." I hiccuped. My father rubbed his head, sighing unhappily. This put a lot of stress on him. This is the WORST CHRISTMAS EVER. A brain tumor!? Really?! Ryan burst through the glass doors with Kade behind him. My dad's eyes were watery. "Kitty! Are you okay?" Ryan asked, on my left side where no one was. "I-I'm fine, Ryan." I whimpered. He looked at my father, and then the nurse. She took his arm gently, and then Kade's, and led them outside the room. I watched with wet eyes. Ryan's face swelled in tears as he started to ask questions. Kade was frozen in fear, and glanced at me inside of the box. I had a big frown on my face. Ryan was screaming now, and paused for a moment, before walking up to the glass. He smiled sadly, making a heart with his hands and mouthed, I Love You. Kade stood beside him with a note, and it said; Stay O.K, rebel. and he managed to crack a smile with his tears. I held my hand out, and my heart was racing suddenly. Did I mention it's like, two days before Christmas? I fell back into the uncomfortable bed, and my eyes shut. I could feel my body beating itself up. I started to sweat.... Was my chapter up?
Chapter ten, What I Saw in the White. I was horribly sweaty, and covered in white. Was it just me, or was I seeing nothing but white? How was I able to stand? I felt the back of my head, having a full head of hair. And no staples. Like nothing had ever happened. I saw a mirror, and I walked to it, looking at my eyes. They were both the same color. What the fuck? I turned from the mirror, to a graveyard. I was in a graveyard now. I heard crying, maybe from two or three people. I peeked around the tree, and looked down at myself. I was wearing a black dress. I saw Kade. He looked a little older...and taller. So was Ryan. Jeffery...Where was he? I looked around in that area, and I looked behind me. He was leaning against the tree, smoking. I had my jaw drop. I would investigate further. I tip toed to where Kade and Ryan were, and I saw what they were looking at. My gravestone. Karoline LaPush Bells August 17, 1997-December 23, 2013 A great girl that had a future. Daughter of Edward Bells. I shook my head, listening to them talk. "I can't believe it's been four years since she's died..." Kade sighed. Ryan wiped his eyes,"Yeah, me either man. Jeffery! Quit smoking! We came here for Karoline!..." Jeffery must have put out his cigarette before walking to my grave. He stood there, above kneeling Kade. There was a rose on my grave, a white one. It wasn't dead. It looked freshly picked. The three were standing now, and I heard a voice... "Never leave us, Karoline, we need you..." "Karoline!" The second time I heard my name, it sounded real. "Clear!" I felt a shock through my body. "N-Ngh!" I grunted, getting another shock. They paused, another flatline. "Again!" "Ah!" I panted now, sweat dripping. It was normal as I squirmed, my eyes open. I heard my father,"It's the 24..." "Shhh...Edward...She's awake.." I heard my uncle Jasper mutter. Uncle Jasper was mom's brother. My mom's delicate voice twinkled,"Karie..." "Katherine, hush..." I heard my dad again. My hand twitched. "Ryan, go get Kade and Jeff," my mom's voice twinkled. That was a WEIRD ASS DREAM. But I'm awake? Huh? What did I see? Am I dead?
