Money. One word that can make or break a person. You can have too much money, where you throw it around carelessly just because you can. You can have enough money to where you can get the essentials, plus a little pampering when need be. Or you can be one of the very unlucky who have no money. Not a penny to your name aside from the generous people passing you and your makeshift card board shelter, giving you a dollar or two in sympathy. Where do I fit in? Sadly, I have too much money. Not me, actually. My family. My father is the CEO of one of the biggest company's on the globe. My mother is a world renounced lawyer. So yes, I've had it completely hands free easy thus far in my life. Not something I'm proud of. Why, you ask? Well let me tell you a little about me. My name is Mallory Arabella Brynn. I'm 16, I just moved to San Francisco, California two days ago from Orlando, Florida. I have bleach blonde hair and green eyes. I'm about 5'4", and 105lbs. I was the head cheerleader at my old school, and my boyfriend is the star linebacker for my old schools football team. What could go wrong there? Everything. I'm posing as someone I have no desire in being. I don't want any of this. I want to be treated normally for once in my life. No special treatment, no girls wishing they had my life, no guys drooling over the very ground I walk on, just normal. Which is what I hope will happen at my new school. My brother, Adrián Malachi Brynn, is my closest and only real friend. He's 18. He's about 6ft, he has sandy blonde hair and the same piercing green eyes as me, which we get from our mother. Our first day at our new school is tomorrow. It'll be Wednesday, and it's January. Meaning school is 3/4 over. What a great time to enroll.... Well, it's a start at a normal life. Which is all Adrián and I have been asking for. Let's see how it goes... Well, for those of you who read 'Him', I tried to dig it out of the many pages of fan fiction without luck. And for those of you who didn't, thanks for reading this! I appreciate it! Oh and of you did read Him and you're wondering where I went, I had some family issues... But I'm back! Brand new story! I hope this one goes well... Fingers crossed!
*Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep* I reached over and slammed my fist down on my annoying alarm clock. It was 6am, and I am not ready for this. I reluctantly stood up from my bed, stretching my arms out as I did. I lazily strode to my bathroom and looked at myself I the mirror. I saw what I always saw, nothing special. So I turned on my shower and hopped in. After I got out I brushed my teeth then headed back to my room to pick out clothes. My mother instilled in Adrián and I from the time we could dress ourselves, that "Looks are important. And first impressions are everything." Going by that, I put on some white shorts and a light pink, flowy, silk top. I added a few accessories also and some white flowered flats. Now it was time to do my hair... I went to my bathroom and looked at what I had to deal with today. The usual, my long blonde curls bounced around. I pinned my bangs back in a small white bow and decided to leave my big barreled curls natural. I don't wear makeup, only on very special occasions. So with that, I splashed a little perfume on and went to Adrián's room. "Looking beautiful as always, little sister." Adrián said, giving me a wink as he styled his hair into a tousled blonde mess. But he made it look good. Like a "I made it like this on purpose." look. That, and his superb athletic ability that would ensure him a full ride to college, is what had the girls swooning over him. "You don't look half bad yourself, bro." I replied, smiling at him. "So when are we leaving? It's 7:30, school starts at 8." I asked him as he sprayed some cologne on. "Hmmm.. Now! Race ya to the car?" and with that he bounded past me and out down the spiral marble staircase. I took off after him, only to find he was already sitting in his black Lamborghini with the engine started. I got in and we headed off. Hopefully today will be a good day...
Haha try forgetting you, Strike! And thanks After my 3 month inactive period, 'Him' was just a lost cause...
Ehh. More or less. If there's something you would like to see happen, Adam, tell me and I'll put it in.

The ride to school was quiet and boring. I reached over and flipped the radio on. Static. Great, I forgot we hadn't found a station here yet. I flipped it back off. "You shouldn't be so nervous, you know." Adrián looked at me with slight concern. "What are you talking about?" I asked him. "It's just a new school. People here will love you.
Continued {}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{} "It's just a new school. People here will love you. Don't worry. This is our chance to blend in. It's not going to be like Orlando. I promise." we pulled into the parking lot just then and Adrián gave me a reassuring look before we both exited the car. There were kids gathered in cliques, chattering among themselves. A few looked at Adrián and I and gaped, no doubt at Adrián's car. We both leaned against the hood of his car and looked around. There was the goths, I was guessing. Long dark hair, dark clothes. Then there was the obvious athletes, holding their sports equipment and staring at the girls. Then there were the popular girls. You could always spot them anywhere you went, hair and nails perfectly done, always wearing designer, and most likely dating half of the basketball team. The bell rang and the little groups dispersed and went to their own classes. "Let's do this" I said to Adrián. And with that, we were off.
