Okay, I look at these people who are always doing the third party advertising and the many of them have no stats, or they were vollied to be given stats. My theory, is that some of these people advertising to trade pics and whatnot might be the same person over and over, but they might be using multiple devices or UDID faker... Why else would someone who just started the game do it? unless they are really that desperate.
Then maybe the devs should make the ToU a part of the tutorial, and give them a small test before they start
For mentioning it? hmmm... Probably since the mods and devs do not want people to know of it's existance. But none the less... people find it and use it.
