I'm probably late I actually sing in a choir... Btw this year they chose me to go to the new concert choir Anyways... Before a concert... • we can't eat anything sweet • we need water... • we vocalize... (You know, like do re mi fa sol la si do...) And of course, we practice... And when I do solos I usually don't look at the public... I'm more concentrated to the feeling of the song... It's like idk 0.0 I just hear my own voice and if it sounds good I keep it up and enjoy the song... Actually... As soon as you start, believe me, if you are positive, it's like riding a train... You get in and go with the flow Lol I hope it all went perfect
Ya my audition/callback went great, but rehearsals don't start until july... I am ready...an it's ironic that my friend and I were double cast...
I went to an All-State-Chorus when I was little and we had both high and low notes of course... On those high notes hold it out, show them what power your voice has but like most people said don't over power it! Low notes, make sure you are not nervous, if so well it might not turn out so good! Sing with ur soul and take deep breathes before you began. Last, drink WATER!! Good luck gurly! ~ Ꮶ Ꭿ Ꭹ Ꮭ Ꭿ ~
For me, the best thing I can do when faced with singing is to run away and hide, as I have an abnormally deep voice and it is very difficult for me to change my pitch. Now that I think about it.... Do any of you singers have advice for a person like me? Lol
