I feel... nothing. Except the fact I'm going to run out the balcony and scream at the world how beautiful everything is today. ;A; I feel so... optimistic. .-. This is a change. e3e Ah well. I just want to share some Guilin photos with you... They were from my trip. :3 I had a lot of fun. Minus the hiking. I like hiking, since you get to see the wonderful scenery. But not taking any stops until we reached the top... Ah. THIS IS CHINAAAAAA— Ahem. Why, yes. That was taken after I visited a tea farm with my group. Drinking tea... Like an Asian. I like caffeine. I recommend you buy Lychee Black Tea if you're stressed. ._. It actually helps. I was about to throw a rock at my neighbors, but decided against it. Tea is good. Very good. ._. That, and caffeine rox mai sox. 8( Well, of course, this was all on Thursday, the second last day of the Guilin week. Let's start on Monday. 8( And unfortunately, due to my lazy ass self, I didn't bring my phone to take pictures of the cave we went to. We had a hot spring and a mud bath. And... I... Sort of started a mud fight...? ._. Who knew mud could burn people's eyes? .-. What was painful was that the steps were so narrow, and I had to duck my head whilst everybody just walked through the holes and up and down the stairs without getting hit on the head by stalactites... Lucky assholes. I was a bit glad when we went back. I mean, I LOVE to walk up and down steep and narrow steps in a dimly lit cave every once in a while... But paintings fans come first. The best thing was that I only drew the flowers (they ran out of plain fans...). What? I couldn't leave it bare. It seemed too naked for me to comprehend. I like it when it's heavily decorated, like a clown. With white cream smeared everywhere and red and yellow paint attacking your flesh. Yep. I even got to take them home. ;A; I'm so happy. I bought a painting for my grandparents, a fan for my father, a painting and some perfume for my mother, a bag for my aunt, a porcelain mini cat statue for my friend, and... Um... A... Half naked statue that could spray tea out of somewhere if you poured tea on it? For my stepdad? Don't look at the screen as if I'm a pervert. It's not my fault if he has a keen interest for... specific items. ah well. Heck, I bought them after dinner! Shopping. ;W; Wasted two hundred RMB in one night. Pretty awesome. And dinner was amazing. I was taking a bite out of some duck... It tasted like raw meat... Which, is gross. .-. And because two of my friends were grossed out by a duck head... My other classmate grabbed it and asked the waiter to take it away. I lost my appetite. When you have friends that have horrid table manners... Such as giving a duck head to a waiter... ._. but I did take a small bite of watermelon. And talking about food... We had to do some late night shopping. For one, unfortunately, the food was all expired. I wanted to buy some candy, and THIS is what my friends bought. Not interested in buying foods that are ripoffs of popular brands... I walked away. .-. There was this packet of 'Mylikes', which were all expired as well... Including my beloved coke. ,_, If you don't know what Mylikes are, I'll tell you. They're a ripoff of Maltesers. That's how you spell them, right? .-. The insides are so incredibly melty and they taste horrible... *shudder* Reminds me of what I ate for breakfast on Tuesday. Don't get me started, I love fruit and yoghurt. But... .-. ... Oh well. I'm pretty sure tasting it does not mean you have to love it. But we did eat crepes which were excellent. Yes. Definitely a nice restaurant. I LOVED the crepes. ,_, We headed out for a day of pain later. I'm pretty sure we were hiking up Moon Hill... Dear God, I stopped breathing halfway there. XD Ah well. It was good experience. The view was okay, but what was awesome was the sandwiches we had for lunch. And after that we went hiking again on Thursday. Half an hour, 3000 steps... Up a mountain... But it was pretty fun. I got to see sights. And before you tell me I'm not fit, I don't run around mountains for exercise. I'd be damned if there were as much greenery in Macao than in Guilin... And that was basically it. Eh. I was just anticipating for today... I mean, I want to stay 11 forever... Unfortunately I have to grow up sooner or later. Eh. ,_, Oh well. I'll be eating my noodles now.
SOUNDS SO FUN!!! An exciting trip indeed! You know what? If I were there, I would devour the duck's head! I have a taste for oddities! Maybe I should cover some weird foods that might gross people out next time! Your painting looks awesome!!! Those fruit/berries-like-stuffs you drew, I actually feel like plucking and eating! I love red. Don't mind me, but red makes me excited! And Blizzybaby! Acting cute in that photo eh? I'm glad you had fun at your trip! Reading this makes me feel like I am on vacation myself! Now I want a mud bath! No mud fight, please!
Isaacbaby! Alas! Many places in Taiwan, menu are all in mandarin. I would have trouble reading and ordering what I wanted if my friends weren't with me!
Teehee. <3 Guilin's in China!<3 And tea's very good... And who says I can't act civilized? That photo proves... A lot of things. .-.
