Vanessa's Pov At first I stood completely still, thinking the beautiful man before me would fade away, like some kind of dream. But he remained in front of me, his bright purple eyes staring piercingly at me, making a chill run down my spine. "What's your name," I demanded when I could find my words once again. "And what makes you think I'd share this information to you," He smirked stepping forward to gaze down at me intimidatingly. Just under his look, the feeling of being helpless under his power surged through me. The fear he brought to me was enough to keep myself from bowing to his knees. "Who do you think you are, you have no idea who you're talking to do you," I ordered, taking a cautious step back from him. His advanced towards me, keeping his expression of dark humor. "And you obviously don't know who I am, if you think I care," I glared up at him, hiding my nerves, and crossing my arms to stop my heart from flying out of my chest. "You when of.. Them... Aren't you," He raised an amused brow at his, and as he parted his lips, his fangs shining in the moonlight I froze both in horror, and in awe. How could a creature be so beautiful, yet not be human? It made no matter, I would be marrying one of them tomorrow. "What, you have a problem with people like me?" He said rolling his eyes. I snorted, "People, that's the farthest thing your kind is," I spit. His eyes now flashed with anger, and in a sped I couldn't keep up with he was behind me, extremely close, whispering in my ear. "It would be wise to watch what you say, I could kill you in one second, before you could even utter a word," His smooth velvet voice caressed each word with darkness, the threat was obvious. I swallowed hard, my breathing fast. But I had to keep myself calm. I raised my chin a fraction higher, and moved away from him. "Go ahead kill me, tomorrow I'll be nothing but a soulless body, death would be doing me a favor," He paused analyzing me with dark eyes before turning his back to me. "Then perhaps it would be more painful for you if I just keep you alive," I watched his retreating back now in shock, my hands shaking as I balled them into fists. If I ever saw that... Slowly I shook my head, turning to walk back through the woods, in the direction of the castle. If all of... Them... Act as that guy had, I'll surely be looking at an eternity of annoyance, misery, and most of all, fear. What do you think this handsome creature is? Bump?
