Well they say everybody will leave this world one day. To be honest, sometimes I sit in my BOSS CHAIR(No I'm referring to the type of chair), and wonder.. What have I done meaningfully today. I find some people don't cherish their lives. Smoking and taking drugs cuts down you lifespan. Its hard to kick habits but if you really have the desire and motivation, NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE! I'm actually afraid to die. I can't imagine not living, Try this in your bed at night, closing your eyes, you can't hear anything and stop your breathing for 2 SECONDS. I panicked. Life may be short so we should spend it meaningfully, Help those in need. I'm sure you can fork out a few bucks to help a beggar. Help disaster stricken countries, it may not be happening to you but you'll never know how it feels like. A dollar can mean a lot to them. You may be reincarnated to be a human once again or enjoying life in heaven if there is such a place. What is your opinion on this? If i could choose, I want to be forever young. And finally happy mothers day. HELP THOSE IN NEED

They don't deserve what those people get. I always donate my loose change to things like that. And I don't believe in reincarnation and I believe in only science so what happens after death is something I am increasingly intreaged to find out about.
You may understand that you're going to die some day. You may accept that and take it with no surprises. It doesn't matter. Everyone is afraid to die, and anyone who says otherwise is a liar, a fool, or both. Death scares us. It's part of being human.
Well that is correct Neon. But some feel not fear but sadness. Sometimes nither and those not afraid nor do they feel sadness are not human. I myself do not feel fear but anger and sadness towards the inevinatable.
Lol, this is going to spark a huge religion debate which will probably end up being locked. That being said I will NOT respond to anyone on this thread. If you want to ask me further question, PM me. I am not afraid to die. Afraid of the process of dying, yes. But afraid of what is after, no way. This can be all summarized by the word "faith". All of us have no clue what is after death since none of us have trod that path before. So, we all have to believe what we believe by faith. I do believe in a literal heaven and a literal hell. I do not believe good works will get me to heaven. But that does not mean I can live loosely. I believe the Bible. I believe God's Word gives clear direction on this issue. The Bible says, "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Yes, I believe that Jesus Christ came, died on the cross for the worlds sin, that he rose again 3 days later. And I believe that the only way to get to heaven is believing, by faith, in Jesus Christ as your Savior. For the atheists out there. Let me pose you this thought, and if you have a response, pm me. " If you are right, and there is no God, I have lived a great life! I lose nothing. But, if I am right, you lose everything." All that being said, I believe EVERYONE has the right to believe what they want. That doesn't mean everyone is right. God gives us a free will to believe what we want, so we should too. I agree with Neon. I myself am afraid to die. Thinking about taking my last breath and closing my eyes for the last time makes me shudder. It's like another story coming to an end. But even being Catholic doesn't save me from that fear. I believe in God and my faith but death still rattles me to the bone. It's the unknown. Everyone fears the unknown.
I see no reason for a debate to begin here. I don't believe all that but as you said I think everyone is entitled to their own beliefs.
So, I thought I'd have a little say -- Dying scares me... To death. Pun Intended -- It terrifies me. It immobilizes me. See, I believe in god and heaven, but I don't have much faith. What if, when we die, we're just... Nothing. We won't wake up one day after an allotted amount of time, we're just... Gone. What of our senses are just black, and that's it. We are nothing in a black surrounding... For eternity... I just couldn't imagine the feeling.. Sometime I sit and think about that scenario, and the thought haunts me so much that I just have to cry.
I want to say I'm not afraid to die... Cause I'm not when I think about growing old but if I were out camping and a bear, or wild pack of wolves was chasing me, I would be scared
Am I afraid of dying? Yeah... But if I die suddenly, I won't mind it too much. Because I won't have to think about it and I won't really know. Ya know?
I'm scared of dieing. Use to smoke and one day just realized, I want more time to spend with my son (he's 2)and quit cold turkey.
