I believe when you are on the account transfer page for PimD there are instructions on how to find it. Connect your device to your computer and iTunes. On your device's information page scroll over the numbers at the top and it will appear.
If you cannot fin you can email the devs to switch or get an app to fin your udid ( I can say this I asked Olivia )
