Waiting for such a long period of time made me want to sleep, but I knew if I slept they'd kill me then and there. I had stayed awake. I decided that this was not a place I wanted to be in. I looked around for a possible escape. A loose tile on the floor and an air vent. What I had seen in the movies was to always go through the air vent, but the movies weren't realistic. The loose tile was my choice. I had already learned how to remove handcuffs in 6th grade when my dad was still around so now my hands were free. I would remove the tile by using a metal vase that had plastic flowers in it. Finally after smashing the metal vase into the loose tile over and over, there was an opening in the ground. I decided at that time, that was my chance to escape. I had looked around for something to help me down. There was a metal design on the wall that I could use to help me descend downward. I lowered myself slowly. Then looked down at a room full of people dressed in lab coats. "Ah, welcome Christopher! What a surprise to see you here! This is Station 472! Well actually, this is the lab. We are the scientists that will be helping you in the destruction of Hendricks. Pleasure to meet you!" After hearing that very fast spoken person all I could say was, "What?" Several of the scientists laughed like maniacs. I decided I could trust them. Maniacs never had a specific hatred towards anyone. I knew this, because I had a friend like that who died before this moment in time. Still, I was concerned with finding my mother. I had to find out if she was okay. I will save her. I decided I would ask the maniacs. ___________________ Hi my readers! I bet none of you were expecting that! I plan to continue more from here out. Each day I will update on the story. Thanks for staying around and being great support!
I'm having a lot of fun writing this. I like romance fan fiction but I thought forums would like more action/adventure too!
It's going to sound a bit like yours though, sorry just after I read someone else's work I get in that mind fram
I stand alone at the front line, they're all dead, my squad, my family, my friends, they were either shot dead, or killed by mortar fire, it's gone quiet, a bit too quiet, I try calling for help, but no ones responding, I check the bodies for ammo, if I'm gonna die, I'm gonna die fighting, I can't remember what got me into the army. I grew up on a small farm, when I was 18 I went our to the shops to get some milk, I return and German tanks are rolling up our streets, I ran, faster than I've ever ran in my life, I sneaked past the tanks like a ghost, I ran into the house only to find my family dead, my sister, my mother, my father, all shot, one by one, I ran out of town, then somehow I ended up here, all alone, again, my family killed, there's gunfire again, I expect a charge, as I man my MG42, I couldn't back down, I had to fight for my family, my friends, my country __________________________________ Tune in next time for more ~ᎦᎿᏜᎡ
