  1. Ok, no one seems to have interest in what I write anymore, so I figured I would write something that you guys want to read. Please comment on things you would like to see in a story, and I will try to write something with everyone's ideas. You can put a plot, a charecter, a problem, a theme, a genere, or just any old idea you have.

The thing is, you should write what you want, no matter what other people say, or do. Also, obviously people will use their ideas for their own work.

  3. Yeah. Honestly, you ask for ideas, but whenever I think of something for you, I always end up wanting to save and use them for myself.

  4. Really, if you're feeling uninspired, do something that sparks your mind juices. Like, I came up with my current story simply by reading stories about love on here, and wanting to basically turn it around and make it super-power based because I love comics :3. DC FTW.

  5. It was just a thought. I wanted to write about what people wanted to read. If close to no one reads and/or likes my stories, why should I continue to write them? I love to write so much, and other people's opinions matter so much to me. I just wanted a topic that would be interesting, and would make people want to read it.

  6. If you like what you're writing, obviously you should continue. If you're just doing it for attention, it isn't as fun to write.

  7. The reason I write is not only for my enjoyment, but the enjoyment of others. What's the fun of it, i no one reads it. Do you know how bad it feels, when you look for a story you updated yesterday, and it's on the fourth page, with no comments? If I write about an interesting topic, then I'm guessing that will not happen.

  8. This is being brutally honest:
Write a little more descriptively with good grammar and spelling. When the story contains quality writing, most people end up reading it. You seem to write fine by the way you talk on the forums. Put that into action in your stories. Secondly, happiness is right. Don't write solely for the attention. Do it because you love it. I get what you mean when you say people's opinions are important to you because if they don't read it, there is no point in writing it. The thing is, you need to like what you do in order for the audience to like it. If you don't enjoy writing, it shows. Thirdly, people don't start off great. I have been in the forums for almost a year(on and off). If you have quality writing, people will see a new story written by you, and read it right away because they know it will be good. Talent doesn't just magically appear for most. It's a growing process and do is getting a good audience.
I decided to give you an idea, but if you don't do well on this story...... Lol... This is a story I probably won't end up doing, so here goes:
A girl is raised in a ghetto neighborhood and her childhood wasn't great. He stepdad rapes her and because her mom is so ignorant, the girl leaves in order to get a better life with nothing but a few pairs of clothes and $100.

It's just a start, but so many things can happen from there.

  9. Thanks for the idea! I will work on it, and I get what you're saying, but it's just not the same, if people don't read mu stories.

  10. Yeah, I totally get what you're trying to say.
