By the way, I love feedback from all of my readers. I'm not going to penalize you for only bumping because bumping does help my readers grow, but if you have the time, tell me what you want and what you think! And please don't be one to only read and not say a word.
I do really think its a great story. The plot is really unusual but that's what we really want to see in fan fic, new and exciting stories. I don't really have anything to criticise, I am really looking forward to the next update. ~Wolfie.
2 YEARS AGO JAMES' POINT OF VIEW _______________________________ "There has been a lot of complaints at 'Bounce,' a downtown club that you inherited." Matt Sullivan, my secretary, announced. "Handle it." I replied coldly. Reality had come crashing down ever since Dad died. It had happened all too suddenly. He hadn't shown any sign of depression to prepare anyone for what he did. Matt had found father hanging from his coat hanger with a noose around his neck. Hard. Cold. Dead. Although the killer may not know it, I'm not dumb enough to believe that dad would have left us like this-devastated. This was way too clean of a suicide. There must've been a reason he died. Something. Or someone. If there wasn't this wouldn't make any sense. My dad was a devout Christian and on top of that, he lived genuinely happily. That's how I knew he didn't kill himself. Everyone else was too distracted with the fact that he was gone to realize that it didn't make any sense. I wasn't ignorant like the rest. This was the work of a monster. "This isn't what Master Edward would have wanted you to do with his enterprises and everything else he left you." I hated to say it, but Matt was right. I shouldn't have taken my anger out on the company for something it's CEO didn't even do. "Fine," I said. "What was the complaint about?" "There has been a woman. Claudia Seymour, age 41. She has been starting cat fights with other women almost every night. She has also been trying to take unwilling underaged men home with her." Matt explained. These kind of women made me sick. Didn't she have family or someone she needed to take care of? Cougars like this disgusted me. I immediately decided to visit her house. Matt had found out her address and some of her personal information. She had three children and no record of any type of husband. Typical. As Matt drove, I wondered what their family was like. Assuming that her children were just like her, they were going to be downright messed up. I drew a long breath before getting out of the limo. The house was old to say the least. It was like the witch's house you would only see in books and movies. Not only was the paint peeling off, but termites had evidently chipped away at the wood under it. I hesitated before knocking on the door, debating whether or not touching the door would infect me with STDs. Before I could decide the door slided open to a sight I wasn't ready to see. She was absolutely beautiful. Her yellow-green tiger eyes looked as if they could move mountains. Her lips were a soft pink that would've drawn any man's eyes to them. Even though she wore nothing special, her body was very apparently curvy in all the right places. Although she was trying to hide it, her eyes showed fear. "Who are you," She inquired. "Are you here for my mom? Did she do something again?" With those few words, I was a goner. My annoyance had managed to vanish into thin air. "Yes," I managed to blurt out. "She has been causing some trouble in the club downtown." "Come on in," She reluctantly invited. Her home was much less than uninviting. "What did you say your name was?" "I didn't say my name, but it's Olivia- Liv for short." "Well... Liv, where is your mother?" I questioned. "I don't know. She hasn't been around for days." I noticed that she was trying to act like she didn't care, but the slight tremble in her voice gave it away. "Do you have a father?" I suggested. "No." She said coldly. "Any family?" "No, not that she tells us about anything." She muttered. Her eyes that had radiated coldness melted into sad ones just as quickly. Before I could realize it, she had started tearing up. Tears clouded her eyes and overflowed. "Sorry," Olivia apologized. "It's just that things have been hard lately. Mom disappeared when we need her most like she always does. I don't even know who my dad is and we haven't payed our bills and we might be kicked out of this house by our landlord and... and..." Liv bursted out crying. That's when I decided to get her out of here one way or another. _______________________________ Sorrythe story is going really slow right now. I have so many plot lines about to be revealed and I need to set it up perfectly.
...maybe I should have made my update more interesting seeing there isn't any response at all.... is it really that bad?
Heyy chill. It's fine. There's bound to be a few boring updates in every story. Keep up the good work.
IN THE PRESENT Back to Olivia's Point of View _____________________________________ During dinner, James kept on looking over at me while everyone was speaking. Every time he looked over at me, my heart would start racing once more. Every time we got eye contact, there was some kind of unexplainable sexual tension. Not only was James giving me his sexy smile. Whenever he was around, my mind would be clouded with thoughts of us being together. "Liv?" Marisa questioned. "Uh... Huh?" I replied. "We were asking if it was okay for you to be home alone with James tomorrow. I'm going on an date, Dylan's going to his football game, Benji's going to the movies with his friends, and mom has a spa appointment." She explained. As soon as I heard her first sentence, I had already started fantasizing about what James and I would be doing. Apparently, he had felt the same way because he immediately gave me a sharp glance. "Yeah, totally. Why wouldn't I be?" I answered. Tomorrow was going to be magical. Even the shortest time alone together would be more than enough. As soon as dinner was over, I ran up to my room, hoping that James would join me. Instead, I found a note on my bed that read, "Liv, Meet me down in the basement. I have a surprise for you that you wouldn't want to miss. Be down by 8:00 and wear something pretty." It was obviously James that had written the note, who else would have? Even just thinking about what he had waiting for me made me feel giddy. I slipped on my almost see through lingerie that I had just bought for Jamesto see, covered it up with my robe, and nonchalantly speed walked down to the basement and locked the door behind me. "Hey, Liv." I almost choked when I heard his voice. This wasn't who I was expecting. It was Dylan. Yes, James' son. If you were wondering, James had had a love child at a very young age. He had made many mistakes and was minipulated, but long story short, Dylan was my lover's son. "Dylan, what are you doing here?" "Who else were you expecting? My dad?" My heart stopped. His voice sounded like he'd been drinking. "What? You didn't think I knew about you two? Well, I do. Now, since you're such a little wh*re, have sex with me." He stepped closer and closer to me, increasing in speed with every step. I stumbled backwards, still trying to digest what he had just said when he grabbed me and we fell to the ground. I couldn't run away from him because he was on top of my. Burning tears started to form and rolled down my cheeks. "Why, am I not good enough for you," he smirked. He then forcefully opened my robe and licked his lips. "This was for my dad, wasn't it? Too bad he's not going to see it." Dylan smacked his lips onto mine as he unzippered his pants. His strong hands lunged towards my body as I scram for help. Before my cry for help was too audible, he put one of his hands on my mouth. "Scream one more time, and I will kill you," He spat. His hands groped my body all over and there was nothing I could do about it. He tore my lingerie and tried to start something that I didn't have the power to stop.
Oh god!!!! This is very interesting!!! I dont know why you would think its not ( not to sound like a perv) BUMP
