I felt the need to share this story with you all. So, I was watching my niece play softball yesterday. She plays first base. Boy, was she doing great. She got a double play, and got a hit off of a she-man pitcher (she-man means man-lady). But in the third inning, the she-man pitcher was up to bat. She swung and it was hit all the way to left field, I believe. My silly little niece (she's in middle school) stepped on the bag and stayed on it, even though the ball was most definitely not coming to her. Of course, my niece is like 5 feet tall, and the she-man is 6-7 feet tall and a little...erm...bulgy. Anyways, she stayed on the bag, and as the she-man rounded first, my niece got trampled over by her. The she-man got an extra base (she got to third base). We lost 15-0 in the third inning. It's a new record! Moral of the story: Never get trampled over by people ten times your size. I'm sure it hurts like hell
Oh! My brother got beat 13-0 because he goes to private school, and the league calls wrong plays on my brothers team. I got in trouble for booing at the umpire with my brothers coach.
Playing catcher I get clocked by runners all the time, but I always hold on to the ball. You just have to take the hit, get up, and keep playing.
I played short stop. It's a contact sport though. lol So, expect to get knocked down. I've been with the ball so many times. It has to be the worst pain ever.
That's not that bad, my varsity baseball team lost 32-0 one time lmfao. We were terrible but we still had fun, I miss those guys, good times........
I'm not so sure I really agree with the way you described the larger girl. I can't imagine you being very happy if the roles were reversed. There are many things to try to make funny without bagging on someone's physical appearance. If she's a larger sized tall girl, I'm sure people in her every day life already give her enough of a hard time.
