I was walking across town to go to a restaurant, alone, as always. A car pulled up to me, I looked into the window. It was Silvia. "Need a ride?" She yells from the car. "I'm going to Firenze's actually. I don't need a ride but thanks." "I'm heading there too. Hop in." She said motioning me in. I got into the car and buckled my seatbelt. I looked around the car awhile while we drove to the restaurant. I was suspicious of why she was being so nice. "You've been crying." I blurted out. "What? How can you tell?" "The small mark of mascara on your finger where you rubbed it off, the small napkin on the floor with the majority amount on it, and the faint redness radiating from your eyes." "They told me how observant you are, but I never thought you were that observant." "You talk about me?" "Oh look! We are here!" She said to distract me as we pulled up. We walked in, and took a seat. We ordered our food. I ordered some sort of sandwich which was insanely good, but the name escapes me. She ordered spaghetti. We both got sweet tea. "So, why do you never talk to me at school?" She asks. "I thought it was the other way around." "I always wanted to talk to you, everyone thinks you're so cool but you don't seem to see it." "I guess that's one thing I missed." "Maybe we can hang out again?" I was shocked. "Sure." We got done eating and went back to her car. We sat in silence for a little bit. She looked a little awkward. "So why were you crying?" I blurted out. "Well, this guy I know... He never notices me. It's horrible because I like him so much." "Well, hey, listen. I can help." As much as I liked her, I'm not selfish enough to try to discourage her. She's not mine, and I respect that. "You already have." She said. I was taken aback by this. "How?" "I guess you'll figure it out." She gave me a ride home. I thanked her. I went and immediately went to sleep. I needed to think things over. Bump for more!
This story is going to take an interesting turn. I woke up to my alarm. I slept that long!? Well, it feels good to have this much sleep. I got up, took a shower, got dressed, and drove to school. I pulled up in the parking lot, and went inside. The school was empty. Everyone seemed to be gone. I checked every classroom, and then finally went to check the cafeteria. I saw many guys holding guns. Many kids on the ground, many sitting in the lunchroom seats. What happened? Everything was messed up here. I observed the lunchroom, I knew the whole situation by the time I was done. I was hiding behind a wall so they couldn't see me. When all their backs were turned to me, I ran and grabbed the closest one by the neck and knocked his machine gun out of his hand and grabbed the pistol in his left pocket. I never knew I had it in me. I was running on pure adrenaline. I had a human shield and a loaded pistol with 14 guys standing around me with machine guns. "What's going on!?" "Damn it Dave! You said you checked everywhere!" "I did!" One tried to take a shot at me, but before he could I shot him right in the head. It was a reflex, and purely reflex. I was a natural born killer. They all froze, they were not expecting this. I threw my human shield at one of them and ran to the nearest place of cover. I checked my ammo, I had 10 bullets left. Not enough. I had to be stealthy. I was trained for this wasn't I? I went around the lunchroom totally without sound. I grabbed one and he made a slight choking sound. I snapped his neck with some effort. I couldn't assess what I was doing, it was weird how I felt so comfortable. I took out five guys, then I heard the police sirens sounding outside. A policeman burst in the door, and I nonchalantly dropped the gun and put my hands above my head. They made me lean against a table and I felt the cold, hard metal of the handcuffs as they clasped over my wrists. Then I got in the police car. Then it all went black as I passed out... Bump for more! Isn't what you expected!? :O Tell me what you think as well, I don't want a comment unless it actually has feedback.
