Well... "freedom of speech" does not apply to everything you say. "Freedom of speech" does not protect harmful words and sentences. Also, ATA is a private Canadian company I suspect, so... that hardly, if anything, applies to allow you to say and advertise whatever you want. If ATA is a private company, and you download this game, you MUST play under their rules, if they are a private company... so certain laws hardly stand a chance here. If you dont abide by the rules, Mods have the right to silence, as appointed by ATA
People get silenced for a reason. It's in the ToU. Ask anyone. If you spam, bypass, mention a third party app, or even give out personal details (name and age) you can get silenced. Therefore it's your own fault and get over it it's only twenty four hours and if it's a perm silence, you were given two previous chances, you ruined them. End of story.
