Pray For Muamba

  1. Late last night(or afternoon/evening England time), English defender Fabrice Muamba collapsed while playing for Bolton Wanderers against Tottenham Hotspur in a F.A. Cup game.

Muamba had a heart attack, cardiac arrest I believe. No one was around him the moment he collapsed and the game had to be called off with both clubs' medics attending to him and he was eventually carried off to the hospital.

Muamba joined Bolton Wanderers from Birmingham City in 2008 and started his football career at Arsenal. He has previously represented England at U-21 level.

The footballing world has been united in wishing Muamba well, with well wishes coming from his previous clubs Arsenal and Birmingham, as well as his Bolton teammates, and his previous England U-21 teammates.

Muamba is only at the young age of 23. Critically ill and under intensive care at the London Chest Hospital, let's all pray for Muamba and hope he pulls through 

  6. Same thing happened to someone I knew while they were playing a soccer game. He was put on Life Support for months and when he was finally taken off of it he ended up surviving. Now he is going through heavy amounts of therapy just so he can barely speak and move.

  7. I was watching, very sad.

  8. I was watching the game, I was shocked when it happened, he's so young

  9. Damn that sucks... 

I don't wanna search it up cuz I've seen other players die on the field...
