My birthday is comming! This is more towards the female popluation of PIMD, but would you rather have a huge party or an amazing shopping spree?!
It depends. Where, what you're shopping for, how much you have, how many people are invited, the mood, the age, the day, etc. Probably a party...and if I didn't like it, I'd just leave.

Ya a party I guess Unless its not a big party year or your leaving someplace just take some friends u could also go watch something in the cinema and then go for a restaurant Let's say your budget is 1000 dollars pounds whatever a big party could blow loads of your cash. That's not counting food or entertainment a one with just a few people would be longer and honestly more memorable!
