Hi there... This is a thread of how to deal with noobs begging for hires.(Of course ) As most of the rich people here know and mostly get annoyed with are these noobs always asking them to hire/volley them. There are a few types of these Newbie 'beggars' 1) The Follower -As you guys probably can relate to, Is when a random newbie follows you. And some of you guys think "Oh maybe its my friend's alt or something", So you guys follow back. -After they start chatting being nice and polite and such. There's a point where they ask "Could you do me a favour? My owner is rarely active and i need a hire. I know you'll be an awesome owner ". -At that point you know they dont really wanna be friends. So either hire them or ignore. (Chachacha-chiingg) How to deal with them -Dont follow back or Block them. Or wall them asking "Why you following me??". If they dont give the answer youre looking for. Your choice wether to hire or not. 2) The Straight Forward Newbie -Some of them see you guys in Campus chat and wall you guys wether you could hire them or not. How to deal with them -Just say "No,Sorry". 3) The Cheap-Gift Spammers -Some newbies will spam you one of the cheap gifts. Once you accept them or such, Then they follow you. (Same as 1). ) How to deal with them -Tell them, "Sorry but i don't want to hire you. And no more gifts pls. Thnx" 4) Campus 'Hire Me' -Yep, Everyday, every minute. There's tons of OP (Overpriced) People asking for Hires/Volleys. Most of the time, once you volley them they will grow and such. But some of them just get vollied then never grow and STILL ASK for hires and vollies. (Thats how most of us get annoyed). How to deal with Campus Hire Me's -Just ignore them. Simple. Finally.... 5) The fakers -Its somehow a new trend, Some newbies (alts or stalkers ). Wall or Follow a certain person they probably know or not and ask them to hire/volley them by saying they're the 'Hire-er's" friend or friend's sibling. And they believe so they get continueos volleys. How to deal with The Fakers -Before you believe them, Ask for proof from your friend to make sure The Faker is telling the truth or not. And if they aren't then you tell others that the person is a FAKE. So you can save others money as well. Sorry for the long thread and all. But i hope yer guys liked it maybe?
I just tell them annoying noobs to hire me first and then I'll hire them when they say they can't I tell them to ask me again when they can. They don't reply to that or ask again
I just ignore or block it's easier But I dont mind hiring if they seem determined to grow and are very active we were all noobs once everyone deserves a chance *Everyone* i meant it depending on how many fights/ jobs they have done
when noobs ask me i just say no but i have had a noob to say he was winnettu's alt i asked winn and he said he was not has alt i told the noob he was a faker he did not respond
And I have this guy(low kcs) who asks me to volley all my cash with him.. He says his pupil will hire.. then he asks for my UDID.. So I ask his pupil and he doesn't reply.. I thought I smelt something fishy
