Nothing pops up.. But people and the children in africa need help. You can see their bones from the outside. They barely have and food or clean water. So probably one day you go down their and help them and be proud of yourself. People our age down in Africa walk after people saying may I have some food please? It's so sad what our world has turned into. If I had a million dollars I would give it to them and make them have more water and food and clean clothes and shelters to sleep in. -Morgan
If I had a million dollars I would give to the educational system so Americans can learn the difference between there, their, and they're!
Yeah, Mona gets it. Donating to Africa and all those countries only goes to the government and big companies. Even if they are given to the poor people which rarely happens, they're usually taken over by rebellion groups.
I just give it to like kids I see on the street. Giving them money directly is the only way you know they're getting it.
When the tsunami happen in 2006, the big organization that where begging for money to save the poor children turned out to be big scams... Only about 25% of the money given for the tsunami actually ended up helping...
Morgan do you know that people right beside you are dying of hunger... There's a .0000001% chance of you helping a child in Africa... But you have a 100% chance of helping someone in your neighborhood... Just stick to the ones you can actually help...
The donations might go to fancy dinners but those dinners raise more money... I work for nonprofit helping homeless. While I see those "poor children," I see children everyday without their basic needs being met in my own town. The highest population of homeless are children. Look around locally so that you can act globally.
