I'm sorry but terror tuts are not off the market, terror tuts are just like another tuts!
If they want to keep their tuts they just have to hire back like any other player.
There's no special rules for special players.

 

Since they're in a farm war it's better to leave their tutd alone or respectively wall and ask them first before hire. If they hire your tuts, hire back and no problem will occur. Terror hired a bunch of my tuts but I just simply hired back and walled them to leave ur tuts. Peace 
