Phant is the most awesome person in PiMD The age restriction for mods has indeed changed from 17 to 18 years of age. The suggested age recommendation for the game stands at 17. Do not debate different ATA games against one another. They are separate and should be kept so. They all have their own benefits and downfalls, and shouldnt be compared.
