Yes I have seen at least five pic threads that have said "funny photos." All died when moderators got to them saying "we already have too many pic threads."

 

Again, people have already made pic threads that have said they could be anything. When you are the 100th player to post a pic thread, your idea has already been taken. Even then, there's still no need to make these because there's already pic threads that are allowed to post anything as long as it's not against ToU.
