I'm really soooorry for not updating. I had tons of school work to do for the last few days. I'm going to write the update right this very minute. Hope you like it~
Chelsea's point of view: I can't help it. He's TOO KIND. He's TOO CUTE. He's TOO PERFECT. What can I do? His lips were there... red and available. Haha. I may sound like a flirt. But like I've said... I can't help it. There he is... Much more handsome than Brad Pitt... Much sweeter than honey... Much brighter than the my newly-bleached teeth. I bet you'll do the same thing I just did. I kissed him. I KISSED HIM. :O Our lips just touched for a millisecond. This, definitely, I could say. His lips were INCREDIBLY soft. As soon as our lips parted, I quickly opened my eyes. Rick's reaction was EPIC. His eyes were wide open. He didn't move an inch. He was just there, frozen. Bewildered of the thought that he did not like the kiss, I immediately added. "I'm so sorry." Rick still remained unmoved. Boy, this is awkward. "You should have not done that." Rick finally gasped. Shocked and pained by his answer, I quickly turned around. It was stupid of me to think that he liked me. I was about to enter the other room when Rick blocked me with his well-toned body. "I guess you took it the wrong way." Rick said. Not wishing to hear more, I covered my ears. "I know. I'm so sorry I kissed you." I spat out while forcing my way into the other room. Suddenly, Rick grabbed my shoulders and pushed me to the wall. "Oow." I whimpered. I looked into his eyes and saw determination in it. "I didn't hate it." Rick said. "Oh, don't be kind." I answered angrily. "In fact, I'm so happy." Rick blushed. I quickly turned to him. "Happy?" I repeated. "I said that because..." Rick sighed, "I thought my heart would stop any minute the moment you kissed me. It was a LIFE-THREATENING MOMENT!" "Huh?" I asked, confused. "Chelsea... what I meant was... I was just TOO HAPPY! My heart raced so violently that I thought I would die any minute now." I broke into a smile. "That's too corny." I joked. Rick also smiled. His smile was genuine. I could feel our heartbeats in sync. *BEEP* Ugh. That just ruined the good moment. Rick grabbed his cellphone and looked at it. He frowned and turned to me. "I have to go." My heart sank. "Why?" "Student-body emergency." Rick briefly explained as he grabbed his jacket. I watched him sadly. Rick quickly turned to me. "Don't miss me too much." Rick joked. "I won't!" I defended while laughing. "It's nice to hear you laugh again." Rick commented as he gave me a gentle kiss on my forehead. "Take care." I whispered. "I will. Call me if you need me." Rick smiled as he opened the door. As soon as the door was shut, silence filled the room. Sure it was really lonely, but... I'm very happy with the development between Rick and me. *Beep* I grabbed my cellphone and fiddled the keys. The text message was from Rick. It says... "I will tell you somethig important tomorrow. You'll surely like it. Meet me at the school rooftop, 5:00 pm sharp. Love you." Ugh. I guess I'll have another sleepless night tonight.
Rick's point of view: I can't believe it! Chelsea KISSED me! She KISSED me! Is it a dream? Nope! I was there, fully awake. This was like a dream come true! I feel like my whole world revolved around Chelsea and that kiss. I started dancing along the streets. I completely forgot about the "student-body" emergency. My brain was just filled with Chelsea and that KISS. "Young man, are you ok?" an old man questioned as he patted my back. "I sure am!" I answered gleefully, "Why ask?" "You were dancing crazily on the streets. I thought you were a drug addict." the old man frowned. I burst out laughing. "I'm not a drug addict. I'm just incredibly happy. It's because the girl I like..." I stopped and blushed furiously. "The girl you like?" the old man repeated. "Kissed me." I finished, blushing even more. "That's good. Is it your first?" the old man smiled. "First what?" I asked. "Kiss." the old man answered. "No!" I defended. Suddenly, the old man's question just made me realize that I was acting like a fool to a mere touch of lips when in my old, disgusting life before I met Chelsea, I would kiss minimum of three girls everyday. "You must have like her so much." the old man smiled. "Not only 'like'. Much more than that." I answered happily and skipped away. Suddenly, a thought entered my mind. Am I formally in a relationship with Chelsea right now? "I guess not." I answered loudly. Then, I had an idea. My confession should be unique. Memorable. Special. Something she can't reject. I, then, texted her as fast I could saying: "I have something important to tell you. You'll surely like it. Meet me on the school rooftop, 5:00 pm, sharp. Love you." I sighed. It is really nice to have someone you like by your side. *RING* Thinking it was Chelsea, I snatched my phone and answered it. "Hello?" I greeted. "Rick!" a worried man's voice answered. "Who's this?" I asked, disappointed that it was not Chelsea. "This is your brother, Adam." the man answered. (Forgot Adam? Refer to page 20 ) "This happens once in a blue moon," I retorted, "Why did you call?" Silence was on the other line. "Adam?" I said impatiently. "It's about dad." Adam finally said. "Didn't I say not to talk about him?" I snapped, feeling absolutely angry. "This is.. well... urgent." Adam stammered. "What is it?" I asked, feeling nervous. "Ummm... Dad... he..." Adam trailed off. "He?" I repeated. "He... ...forcefully broke into Mother's house." ~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~ Hope you liked this update! Well, I updated twice. So sorry for the loooong~ wait.
