I am in college and going to take Transition into Advanced Mathematics this upcoming semester. Freshman too . Anyone who has taken class previously? who knows what class is like?
It's like very boring -.-' Hard to understand and lots of works. If you don't do some extra work at home, you're dead. That's how advanced mathematics are. Enjoy
What is advanced mathematics? I don't think that's offered at my university. There's applied mathematics, lots of calculus, actuarial sciences, number theory and other stuff but never heard of that.
It's very Easy and I suggest if you weren't ever Good at math don't take it . It depends who your are but that class was pretty easy for me.
And it's suppose to be a High school or Secondary school class not college. @Mature . Did you ever take Calculus in college or acutrail science?
Yes I took calculus last semester and am taking another calculus next semester. If it is some sort of secondary math then I think it should be ok just make sure to go in for tutoring whenever confused and study for tests. I have not taken actuarial sciences but it's mathematics associated with risk.
Yea , I have to tell you calculus is pretty easy so don't worry. Most people dont take the class , they think it's really hard. Funny Thing I had only 16 people in my calculus class.
I had 250 people in mine. I found it fine. It was my only A last semester and I had C's in my other classes. Some people struggle with math more than others but I enjoy it.
Since I transferred there are more people in my classes now , for example my Aerospace Coarse now has 200 students , Medical science has 156. I'll tell you this University of tokyo Students are ways
