I think Russia is pretty good. Besides that I'm not sure

 

depends on what type of military  nuclear military: USA then Russia then North Korea then China  ten maybe UK

 

Germany doesn't have a great army I don't think.

Israel has the most advanced air force but they don't have numbers like multistriker said.

 

Not their whole military though just their air forces.

 

They are fairly strong all around, buy they lack in numbers do to the small size of Israel. But, their Air Force is the best around, however they can't have the same quantity as the US has.

 

Yes I agree. Manpower does play a huge role unfortunately for the smaller countries.

 

That's why I say anyone is screwed if China attacks. Just imagine never ending waves of people running at you. You'd run out of bullets first
