I watched her reaction closely as I continue to tell her my story,"so you see I forgot my files."I said and bit my lip nervously, she nodded and tapped her finger on the desk as she thought,"well that's okay I have a copy of your design anyway."She said and we talked about the fashion show and whether or not the design would be ready by then. After that we shook hands and I walked out stopping to throw my paper cup filled with nasty office coffee away and continued to the elevator. I pushed the button and stood there waiting for what seemed like hours before the elevator doors opened and I stepped in smiling softly to a couple that was shocked to be caught making out. I pressed the employee parking lot button and waited for what seemed like another hour before it stopped and I got out going to my car. ------------------ Melly and Eric pulled apart and blushed nervously at the girl who thought they were embarrassed to be caught making out on a elevator but really they were feeding from each other. Eric after all was a vampire that needed his mate's blood and only her blood to keep from turning into ash in the sun. And Melly was a human that had a special ability her's being that she could walk into another person's dreams, but for being human she had sharpened canines also and needed Eric's blood to keep from aging because without it she would age like a normal human. Eric caught the smell and frowned it smelled like cinnamon and a hint of jasmine to him but also like Demetrius. Melly just looked at her in confusing she didn't look like a normal human she looked special. But then the elevator stopped at their stop and they got out walking to their cars and driving off.

You also don't need to say 'said' all of the time...you could say 'exclaimed' or 'replied' or 'responded'...commas, as well, are necessary, or you're writing a run-on sentence. Like "I stopped on my way out to throw away the nasty office coffee." "I stopped, on my way out, to throw away the nasty office coffee."
