I heard the scream as I ran, I didn't know where I was going really I just wanted to get away from the screaming. I paused to catch my breath because my heart was hammering in my chest making it feel like my heart was bursting out of my chest. After a while the screaming finally stopped and I barely heard the gurgling of them feeding on her. I thought that they were just a myth you know? Just some sick joke people made up to keep children from being out past curfew. But now I knew they were real and just as the myth said they were lusting creatures that lured you with their body and eyes. I stood up moved my hair from out of my eyes and continued on my way nervously listening to the sounds around me to be sure they didn't follow me. **First story tell me what you think and if I need to update it**

After a bit the wind started to pick up and I shivered, was it from the cold or from something else? I shuddered and pulled my jacket closer to me as I tried not to run home, that would draw attention and that was something that I didn't need. As my two-story house came into view I grabbed my keys from my pocket and hurried up the stairs to unlock the door. As I walked in I shut the door quickly and leaned against the door and slid down bringing my knees up and resting my head on my knees and just stared at the floor. Was what happened real? Or am I in some nightmare that was the result of some show I watched before falling asleep? After a while I finally decided to get up off the floor and went to my phone to check my messages, after hearing the viocemail my friend Dolph left about the new club down the block.
