Got the update on a couple of my alts (half an update) as I upgraded my tiers, I lost mcs. Can you take a moment to focus on this mess you have made instead of releasing content? Most of us don’t even have a proper update. We either don’t have one or it’s half assed and fucked up. Why am I going to participate in a promo when I’m over here upgrading from t6 3 stars to t7-t9 3 stars (with the new “update”) and losing mcs in the process? Do you plan on doing a second refund for the ones that were half assed? You have accounts going from 9mcs to over 100mcs. Accounts going from 30mcs, waking up to 50mcs, but back pedaling back to 30mcs because the update was half assed, you have people with no type of update at all. Just get rid of the damn update 😃 (sorry to those excited about it) As someone else said, this is the messiest shit you all have done. It is idiotic. You have shat on the players that have spent money (or saved as ftp for years) every promo to upgrade to be at the progression they are at. Now you can blink and be 100mcs, unless you have a half update, then you can blink and be back to where you were, or you can watch everyone else get the update while you’re a decade old player who’s spent time and money to be where they are. Just get rid of this shitty ass update 💀 it was already a slap in the face to your old players. Fuck them kids, dead ass. Stop trying to appease the literal children you’re trying to traffic into this app. These tweens are built different. They’re doing Xanax and smoking vapes now, they can figure out the old dorm system.
We demand clear ANSWERS and genuine ACCOUNTABILITY. For far too long, the ATA has ignored the valid concerns of its community. It is time to tear down the wall of silence, face the people you serve, and address these issues transparently.
Instead of this, I would prefer they have proper scheduled maintenance like several hours or so. Then after came back online we all have the upgrades. If I assume that the issue is because they need to migrate while the game is still running
The whole concept is wrong, and it complexity leads to all the bugs making the rollout so slow. They just should have offered a button which would take away all rooms and mates ate upgrade and give all money spent back immediately. That way players could have build their new dorm in an instant and would've been able to pick rooms and mates they want themselves.
I understand the need for a gradual rollout, but having a 5x ATA Day promo will be running soon while some players are locked out of the dorm rebalance feels pretty unfair.... If the rollout criteria are based on specific account factors, it would be great if those factors could be explained, because right now the selection doesn't seem consistent at all.

I’d really like to solo this weekend with the dogs and dns I’ve saved up since last bf. I don’t want to wait for my stats to increase and miss out on a x5 promo because PIMD is fully being ignored while you’re not only present for other games but also posting a mock poll to make players feel like their voices will be heard on a terribly named color date. Dont have the update yet, but my tiers are all fucked my t4 are the most expensive, more than 5 and 6, smh ATA need to fix this shiz -_- 😑 pmo
